Made online reservation, stated I wanted new wiper blades, not done. Told service representative I needed new battery in key fob, not done until last minute when I was about to drive away.. The service rep did not respond to any of my texts. But He did call and we talked about one issue. And he called when done. It turned out to be an all day job. But my low tire light was on when i But He did call and we talked about one issue. And he called when done. It turned out to be an all day job. But my low tire light was on when i took it in and it was still on when i left. So they did not check all 5 tires. (Spare). Now i have to check them myself which includes crawling under the car. And if it is the spare, go somewhere to pump it up. The rep was courteous and helpful while i was there. My battery died in the service tent, he got it going to get into service area. I do have to say that i don’t use lyft. So i did not know to check my phone for a message that they were coming, and that they were there. I missed the first driver. The service dept called again. I hope you get more service people to fix cars so it won’t take so long once the new building is finished. More
