I got there on time for my appointment, everyone was friendly, greeted me, my car was there for an oil change and tire rotation. And a look over. I was ready to go in about a hour or less. My car was parked in the parking lot because it was getting busy with cars coming and going and the service guy even walked me out to my car. I thought that was pretty nice, some places would just say it’s out side to the right or something like that. Thank you very much.

Service Advisor, David Cardenas didn’t hesitate to accommodate and have the team service my vehicle that same day. He and the entire service department were absolutely thorough, timely, and professional. This act was absolutely “above and beyond” exemplifying outstanding service and customer care! We've purchased many vehicles from Interstate Ford because we appreciate their close proximity to our home and feel like we receive great service. Its too bad Ford insists on badgering customers for reviews for every small interaction. I dread taking our vehicles in just for an oil change because I know I'll get at least 2 emails and if I don't respond I'll get badgered. If we didn't like the dealership or Ford products, we would keep buying them. Isn't the repeat business enough?
