Eric tried to explain there was a medical situation & the insurance company refused to work with our needs. I contacted this insurance company directly & they committed to escalate to senior mgmnt for approval providing I secure pictures for their files. I was to receive a call back from them. I was grateful for the Insurance Company's willingness to try and work with us, especially given there was a National Bulletin on this specific issue. The return call has yet to materialize. I NEED to return to the West Slope on the coming Monday for my Cardiologist procedure, so I authorized the repair & would submit for a reimbursement. Eric secured all photos and paperwork for this process. Yes, I will highly recommend Alpine GMC to family & friends. My only negative comment would be the pricing structure. I was very disappointed in the lack of market comparative pricing. More

I bought my 2005 GMC Yukon XL from the dealership and have taken it there for all repair and maintenance work, of which there has actually been very little since it has been a great car.
