Speaking from my experience as an Asian immigrant, while the salesman and service advisor were kind, the Finance Manager’s tone and attitude toward me were completely arrogant. I am in no way inferior to hi the salesman and service advisor were kind, the Finance Manager’s tone and attitude toward me were completely arrogant. I am in no way inferior to him, so why look down on me? To make matters worse, a warning light came on in my new car from day one, and I am still waiting for an email from corporate regarding a fix or update on this issue. Honestly, I deeply regret buying a brand new car here with cash. More
