I initially engaged the dealership online and had a good experience there. The team responded quickly to my emails. We moved to text and then finally to an on-site visit. I have to say I think that both Mark and the Phil Long Dealership team where professional, efficient, friendly, and more importantly, I didn’t feel I was getting a bum rush or a sales job. Our interaction and subsequent deal was extremely professional without a lot of emotion or drama and exactly what I would expect from a number one dealership.

Worst communication ever, told everything would be ready when get there made it sound like credit was being ran then drove an hour not the case told they have to wait until morning it was to late. Told should be done 1st thing. Next day by 11:30 communication called asked what was up was told they would check and call back 1 1/2 hours later called again never checked was told they were "busy". Told them don't bother will take business to a different dealership. It's not hard to call,text or email.

After 6 weeks and a new transmission, he is now addressing the factory recalls. We honestly had lost faith in our beautiful 1 ton truck! Typical dealership. Decent salesperson but all down hill from there. I asked to get total price OTD. They added $1000 under the tax portion on the sheet. I asked what it was and they said it was an accident from the previous customer. They removed it for my purchase but how many others miss that $1000. I had my own financing but they’re finance manger tried his best, I declined. He was my best friend until I refused the extended $12k warranty, then it was contentious. I won- used my financing, DID NOT buy scam warranty and got a 3 year old vehicle with 17,000 miles for $7k below there advertised clearance price. Typical scoundrels, but they all are. Do your homework and study any documents closely. I feel victorious!! But they are shady as xxxx…

I just bought my second vehicle here at Steamboat Motors, LLC, and once again, the experience was fantastic. Every staff member was wonderful, from start to finish. I traded in my 2016 teuck with 96,500 miles and received $20,000 for it, (higher than the Kelly Blue Book value!!) ALong with a $3,000 rebate and a $500 military discount on my new 2024 Ford F-150. Despite having less-than-perfect credit, I got a 4.9% interest rate, which I’m really happy with. They didn't even require my income documents so it was a breeze, the entire process. The team here truly treats you like family. They don’t work on commission, which makes the whole process feel so much more relaxed. Special thanks to Chris, my salesman, Ralph, the owner, Spencer in finance, as well as Jimmy, Tanner, and Tim in the automotive services department too. They all worked together seamlessly and had me out the door in less than an hour! Not only that, but they set me up with the Ford Pass app so I can remotely start my truck, roll down my windows, and earn rewards. They even threw in a free tank of gas and a complimentary oil change. Plus, they serve free BBQ lunch every Saturday! I’ve been doing business with this dealership for at least six years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I won’t go anywhere else for buying, selling, or service.
