They had my name wrong on the title documents and even after my wife and I told them that there was an error, and even after they promised to fix it, they did nothing. Their careless, dishonest, and arro after my wife and I told them that there was an error, and even after they promised to fix it, they did nothing. Their careless, dishonest, and arrogant behavior now means that we cannot obtain our plates on line and have to go prove my identity to the state. I would never buy another car from them. I hate when people look me in the eye and say they’ll do something that they have no intention of doing. Avoid sales deals with liars. More
