Ray was very courteous,, polite and very patient in answering all of my questions at the dealership and on the test drive. I have purchased at least 10 cars in the past 25 years and this was by far the best experience out of all of them. Not only was Ray amazing Nick in finance took the extra time to ensure that I understood the entire process at closing and that I received the best possible deal. They both were very low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. I am excited to continue to work with this amazing dealership throughout the life of my new Pathfinder!

Empire Lakewood Nissan was so great that they have me writing a review! I've purchased vehicles before, but what makes this place so special to me was not only the customer service, but also the speed of getting a vehicle and the people who helped me. When I've purchased cars in the past, I was there for sooo long! Anywhere between 5 to 7 hours. Here, from test driving to driving home in my new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder, it took about 2 hours! My salesman was Aiden Geddis. He was amazing! Not only did he help me choose the right car for me my family's lifestyle, but he also was a really cool guy to talk to. Very down to earth, respectful, but just fun to talk to in general! I can honestly say he was genuine and cared about my situation for needing a car as well. He was so good that I went back a few days later to purchase a used car for my teenage son who's car decided to die the same week mine was totaled out due to someone slamming into it while parked in the snow. I am happy with my car and I HIGHLY recommend Empire Lakewood Nissan to whoever is looking for a good quality car, good people, and fantastic customer service! I personally recommend working with Aiden. I'm sure everyone is great, but aince my personal experience was with him, I've got to give him a shot out. Awesome guy and place! Plus. I'm now a Nissan person and love the infotainment system and car's feature.

I recently had one of the best service experiences I've ever had, thanks to the exceptional staff at the Nissan service department. I initially scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but due to a sudden family emergency, I had to cancel. When I called to cancel, I spoke with Luis Rios, the Service Director. Not only was he incredibly understanding, but he showed genuine concern for my situation. His compassion was sincere and comforting during a stressful time. The very next day, I called back to reschedule and, by chance, Luis answered the phone again. He immediately remembered who I was and kindly asked about my family member. What truly touched me was that he told me he had been praying for them. Despite the department being completely booked that day, Luis went above and beyond to fit me in for my service appointment. His kindness and personal attention meant the world to me. When I arrived, Luis greeted me personally and again showed genuine care by asking how I was doing. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to customer care are truly rare and worth recognizing. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lonnie in the service department. He was friendly, professional, and took excellent care of me during my visit. The rest of the service team was equally welcoming and efficient. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Luis Rios and the entire Nissan service department exceeded all expectations. I left feeling valued, cared for, and truly grateful. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with kindness and top-notch service. I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for honesty, care, and outstanding professionalism. They have earned a lifelong customer!

The sales manager Jessica saw my review and acted all concerned and made an appointment with my girlfriend to talk about it and totally stood her up and blew her off twice and never bothered so this is obviously the way they roll. This is how they treat customers. And dont get an electric car there because that dealership has the only fast charger in Longmont and they will lie to you and say you can use it any time. Then you buy the car and they say its under repairs and you can use it soon. Then suddenly you cant because its only for customers. So after you buy a car, you are no longer a customer obviously because they sold the car, got what they wanted and kick u to the curb. L

I came in for what I thought would be a LOT of work and expense but after talking to "Sam" in the Service area, I was very pleased that I was not going to spend an entire month's paycheck just to be able to drive my car to work. Sam listened to me and explained what could be the problem. After diagnostic, true to his word it was fairly simple. Sam kept me informed and was very polite. It's a pleasure to work with a young service person with experience and honesty. Thank you!

An amazing experience for my daughter! Had such a hard time getting another car after her car accident in December 2022. It’s now April 2023 and they made a promise to her and they kept it. She left the dealership with a better car than what she had before. Same year, same make, same model. She financed it and all by herself. She is not quite 20 yet and they were patient and determined to keep their promise and they did. She had an amazing team working with her! Way to go Greeley Nissan.
