The team was professional and Iain, my salesman, was a good guy. This is the sixth vehicle I have bought from this dealership. There will be more! good guy. This is the sixth vehicle I have bought from this dealership. There will be more! More
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Lori Coughlin helped me throughout the process, kindly answering my questions and helping me understand the buying process. Joe Kocak, the Sales Ma Lori Coughlin helped me throughout the process, kindly answering my questions and helping me understand the buying process. Joe Kocak, the Sales Manager, reviewed my vehicle for trade-in and was very honest about the deal that I would be getting. Lastly, Joseph Esker, the gentleman that helped me secure a very respectable APR loan, worked with me to figure out what specifically I needed and how that factored into my payments and overall loan timeline. Beginning to end, all team members involved were highly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. More
My experience with the dealership was mixed. Trevon was great to work with. He was helpful, straightforward, and I genuinely had a good experience with him. The rest of the purchasing process Trevon was great to work with. He was helpful, straightforward, and I genuinely had a good experience with him. The rest of the purchasing process was frustrating. Before arriving, I had already negotiated the deal, completed the credit application, and made it very clear that I did not want GAP insurance, an extended warranty, glass coverage, or any other add-ons. I was also told I would be in and out in approximately 45 minutes. After driving two hours to get there, the purchase still took another two hours. Despite everything being worked out ahead of time, several additional products were added to the deal anyway. That meant the paperwork had to be sent back to the sales manager so those items could be removed. The finance portion also felt rushed, even though the overall process was anything but quick. What bothers me most is the sales tactic itself. I was comfortable saying no and insisting that the unwanted products be removed, but many customers may not feel comfortable pushing back once they are sitting in the finance office and everything is placed in front of them. I do not believe that is a good or fair way to conduct business. Trevon deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the dealership’s finance and add-on process significantly diminished what otherwise could have been a great experience. More
