Bought a good used vehicle with mileage and price below blue book. Except, about 2 weeks later, dash lights lit up all over indicating faults with the ABS system. PANIC! However, Kaleb the salesman contacted me to see how the truck was doing and I told him of the problem. He arranged an appointment with service dept and problem was resolved quickly under warranty. Bottom line: based on my experience, these are the guys to deal with if you are looking for a vehicle. More

Originally bought the car from G...great service..went back in to have it checked for oncoming winter..called and Howie was so nice...got there and told a fella at the desk what Howie said..this man barel back in to have it checked for oncoming winter..called and Howie was so nice...got there and told a fella at the desk what Howie said..this man barely looked up and spoke to me..couldnt find in the computer where l bought the car this year..said they would look at it..told me to wait..he was not nasty only couldn't give me a cordial greeting..they said it needed an oil change in 800 more miles...l looked it up and Nisson says 5000 miles...l had to ask him a lot if questions and they barely answered or looked at me...just totally unprofessional and could have care less if l was there or not..l would have expected a little courtesy as that's the way you keep your customers...should have bought a Ford from Faricy instead of Nisson....disappointed...
