I just purchased a 2025 Subaru Ascent and my experience from start to finish was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. First of all, the lobby is great because they have an area for kids and offer unlimited snacks. Fabio was the salesman that helped us. He went above and beyond to get me into my car. I originally came in for a used car, but after discussing my options, it made more sense financially to get a new one. My father who is going through chemo right now (and has very little patience) was with me and enjoyed talking with Fabio so much. Fabio has amazing people and customer service skills. He never once made me feel pressured into buying and put us completely at ease. My credit is not the best and he made sure to try every option to make it work with my budget. Fast forward to trying to get approved, Terrance was so incredibly patient. After only getting approved by one bank, he managed to negotiate with them to a payment I was comfortable with. At one point, I thought I was going to be leaving without a car, but he worked his magic and made it happen. After signing all our paperwork, Christy presented me with a super cute and thoughtful gift bag filled with so many little goodies. She also expressed their gratitude for purchasing a vehicle which I really appreciated. It’s the little things like this that truly make the buying experience so unique, refreshing and special. They were extremely patient in working with me and my wife, without any pressure. They convinced me to actually spend less money on a 2021 CPO instead of a 2022 CPO, sharing details of both the cars and explaining why the deal was better. That's usually unheard of, as most dealers would like to extract more from a buyer. They also made sure all of our concerns about some minor scratches on the wheel rims were taken care of, along with a complete detailing of the car. I appreciated the following points at the MB of Calabasas. 1) Knowledge of the sales consultant (Vic) regarding cars in inventory, colors and options and the ability to understand what exactly I was looking for (some sales folks in other dealerships, I visited recently, have no clue about the cars on their own lot and often provided incorrect information). 2) Easy to work with and pleasant staff. 3) They had 3 people in finance, and we did not have to wait too long to sign the paperwork. 4) While waiting to sign, Vic entertained us with peanut butter brittle and energy bars. Very positive experience. Well worth the extra hour we had to drive to get there.

My experience with Serge was amazing! Walking in, I told him I really would need to be little to no down on a 2024 Bronco Badlands. Originally it looked like I was going to have to put a minimum of 2k down to have my payment where I needed it it be because my credit was fair and not the best. They were still working my file as I had to leave so I was going to come bacl next week. I got a call back a couple hours later saying he was able to do it with only a $500 down payment, so we got it done same day. Didn't think I would be leaving with a car that day and if they didn't get my down payment that low I wouldn't have. Serge was there to take care of me. I went to another dealership closer to my house and they didn't try to work with me at all. Said I needed a huge down payment and didn't try to work other options. Glad to work with him and Angel. Will highly recommend them and Ford Carlsbad to anyone!
