I’ve been waiting five years for dealerships to remove the mark up prices and took about two months to research the vehicle I wanted before I contacted the dealer. Negotiation took about a month via online. Once the terms were in agreement, the process was smooth. Drove to the dealership on a scheduled appointment and spent about 30 minutes in the sales office.

Giancarlo even help to give me a ride from home to the dealer to pick up the new RAV4 Hybrid and setup the Toyota App on my iPhone in the car so I can monitor the car, turn on off the car via phone and car tracking feature. great.
