Victor and Serramonte were superb! This was our third Dealership of the day- and by far- the most efficient, honorable, and value for the money. We saw the car listed on the website- called to ensure the car was there- said we would be there in an hour, they had it ready when we got there for a test drive- and we were driving the vehicle within 5 min of arrival. Very quick to be able to complete the deal- and the financing was also a fast experience. This dealership was straight forward- and quick in selling a car. Car was washed- gassed up- and two steps away from the door when we exited after the transaction was complete- for a quick drive off. If dealerships want to know what people want in the car buying experience- they need to model it after Victor and this establishment. Super happy with Victor and this experience. -The Ochoa’s

If purchasing three vehicles in this short period of time is not indicative of how superb KGF-BP service is, I’m not would else could be. Specifically, Dylan Jacob, who was the sales representative, was outstanding. He has assisted me in all my purchases—also for very good reason. He is prompt, motivated to find something that works for the customer, focuses his energy on the customer, and is courteous and accommodating. Overall, a great experience!

If you’re wondering whether or not to trust a dealership with your vehicle, look no further than the holy grail that is 1st Nissan of Simi Valley! When my car started needing service after service, I grew tired of other dealerships taking advantage and constantly trying to upsell me at every turn. I saw the reviews for 1st Nissan and took a chance. I am so glad that I did. With multiple services needed, I got well acquainted with the staff and could not have been happier. Not only did they resolve every issue in a timely, pleasant manner, but they also remained unparalleled in pricing. Jordan, in particular, is a true gentleman and genuinely cares about his customers. The trustworthiness factor is off the charts. Never once was I solicited for services that I didn’t need. Never once did anyone make me feel rushed or silly if I needed further explanation or detail. They are all truly kind and patient, which is very rare in this world. To top it off, I recently had a warning light pop up and then disappear, so they took the time to investigate my car all day long and could not find any repairs that were needed, so they did not even charge me. Oh, and they put my car through the wash, just because. Who does that?! Apparently, 1st Nissan! If ever someone deserves your business, it is 1st Nissan. Please come here, you won’t regret it!

I rarely had a problem... if so it's always taken care of, but the last visit surprised me. I put my car In for service-{code issues & recall notice} with Lucia which was very nice. Later that evening I called it was about 5pm, because I hadn't received a call, So I called the service department, it was Lucia she said I was about to call you. I need you to fill out application for a rental, she said by entering the codes in my car it exploded the air bags in my car. I was not happy!! The next day I called Denise, and told her the situation about bags exploding in my car, and I did not want THAT car back, she understood, and started to work her magic. She made it happen with the help of Sean they were AMAZEING to turn an unhappy smile too a BIG smile.you guys were great.

I was disappointed in one aspect of my service appointment. When the car was being checked in, I pointed out to Gus that I had accidentally scraped the garage door frame when backing the car out. Gus assured me that the white paint on the left front fender would be buffed out. It wasn’t done, and no mention of it not being done was made when I picked the car up. Also, I noticed on my drive home, there was a slight roughness in the engine at lower speed. Don’t really know what that was, but it was not mentioned in the report. Other than that everything seemed OK.
