My experience with Honda of Downtown LA was nothing short - Arvin K.
My experience with Honda of Downtown LA was nothing short of a nightmare. Michael Ibarra, the salesperson, initially seemed polite and professional, but his true colors showed the moment the car was sold. His rude demeanor and dismissive attitude were not only disrespectful but completely unprofessional. After the sale, he acted like he couldn't care less, blatantly ignoring promises he made during the transaction and showing zero accountability.
To make matters worse, the sales manager, Dan Gene, was just as bad. Instead of addressing the issues, he backed up Michael's rude and disrespectful behavior and blame shifting, making the situation even more frustrating. The dealership's tactics of nickel-and-diming me on small, replaceable parts added insult to injury ,it's clear they'll do anything to squeeze a little extra cash from their customers.
The rest of the staff wasn't any better. completely unorganized, unhelpful, and indifferent to customer concerns. I left with a pounding headache after long hours of wait and dealing with them. This dealership prioritizes making a quick sale over delivering on commitments or providing a decent customer experience. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with rude salespeople, an unprofessional manager, broken promises, and endless frustration.
