DO NOT take your KIA to this dealer for any service. I am not the kind of person that writes reviews. A vehicle is probably the second largest purchase anyone will make other than their home. This is the only dealer that has serviced my Kia since I bought it new. After my first visit for a routine scheduled service, I noticed that they had left my engine oil 1 quart low. I called the service dept to ask the brand of engine oil so I could just top it off myself. No big deal. buying a quart of oil was cheaper than driving the car back to the dealer. You would think that after that experience I would have been a little more hands on to make sure everything was as it should be. My Bad! My car has about 60,000 miles on it now and I have been very diligent to get the car serviced when it was due. I am about halfway to my next service. We are leaving on vacation in the next day or two and I go out to make sure all of the fluids are where they should be and when I pulled the oil dipstick there was no oil at all showing on the stick. Again, my bad for not checking it when I got the car back from the last service. Obviously they either shorted me again or forget to put any oil back in the car at all. I had to put in at least 3+ quarts. I always get the service that includes the video of the technician checking out the entire vehicle and there has never been any problems. I have no oil leaks. Now, I have to go on vacation worrying that the engine is going to quit at any time. I do not want to believe that they are shorting the oil for any dishonest reason, but I have never, in my 55 years of oil changes, had this happen before. Let alone twice at the same place. I am sorry Hello Kia, but your service dept is UNACCEPTABLE. I will never return and I hope this review keeps others away also. If you do use this dealer, please check the oil dip stick before you leave. More

went with my daughter to buy a used 2017 Mercedes Benz car for her and upon our request, we were assured that a mortgage quote from Chase, our bank would be pulled out. We found out later that they got a car for her and upon our request, we were assured that a mortgage quote from Chase, our bank would be pulled out. We found out later that they got a random quote elsewhere or generated in house quote with an outrageous mortgage rate of 7.89% for an excellent credit score of above 788 and with a heavy down payment of $13K out of a total of around $21K. Leaving a token amount to be financed at just $7,500…and my daughter has no other such financing/mortgage. While I stepped out to talk to a friend on phone, the Manager got my daughter co.mmit…to that high interest rate. Worst still, the vehicle we inspected had the roof bodylining/inner ceilings in fairly good condition prior to our pulling it out of their garage. To our greatest shock, the rear both sides of Bodylining/inner ceiling bulged out or detached from the ceiling within less than 3 weeks of buying that vehicle. It does appear then that they used an adhesive spray or glue to temporarily held them intact, instead of getting professional car upholstery technician to replace the entire bodylining as is the recommended best practice. My daughter called to inform them about such a major defect after just few weeks of buying the vehicle and requested them to please fix it. They bluntly refused to take care of what appears to be a deliberately concealed defect prior to our buying the vehicle. Kia of Valencia car dealership did not pick her calls or responded to her messages and emails I sent to them. It is so disappointing and unprofessional for a big Kia Dealership in US that should be rated as a top car dealer with focus on selling quality vehicles, great customer care and a transparent business process entity, should seem to have compromised quality and customer satisfaction over quick sales and gains. I will explore all appropriate forums to publicize our sad experience, so that other potential buyers will be guarded accordingly. This is our personal experience and humble opinion/observation. More
