My salesperson, Alex Alvarez (and Liz) went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car. They were patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to my needs, helping me explore all my options without any pressure. What stood out the most was the dedication to making the process as smooth as possible. Alex stayed late to ensure I had all the information I needed, helped me secure the best financing, and even followed up after the purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied. Considerate and Courteous are the words that I would describe the team at Magnussen. The greatest thing about this dealership is that it is a "no-frills" type place of business aimed at providing great service to customers. I spent weeks scouring the internet to be able to test drive a Grand Highlander only to be told that I would need to get in a cue or require a deposit by other dealerships. I had visited 5 different dealerships over the holiday break and ran across a number of apathetic sales reps and even a downright sleazy one. I found out that Magnussen's was close to work and got in touch with Aidan who was helpful with keeping me up to speed on their inventory along with making it happen. I met Jacob a few days later and he was able to help me decide between the Sienna and Grand Highlander. Jacob also helped me lock down a trim and discussed all the features including subscription services. I was glad to have took the time to visit because there was no pushiness or rush to make a decision. When the opportunity arose, they were able to get the right car on the lot for me and Raj did his best to get me the car at a number that was amicable. Getting me to the point of purchase was a team effort and they work well together and for the customer. I hope to come back in the future.

The service department at Stevens Creek is absolutely wonderful. They recently repaired my Corolla Cross, which had an issue due to faulty service at a different dealership. Everyone at Stevens Creek was professional and helpful, they communicated with me at every step and they ensured that the other dealership covered the costs of the repairs. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make a difficult situation better. Everyone was great, but special thanks to Makan Ardalani and Adam Esquivel who really went above and beyond to help me.

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

I bought an extended warranty for my car in 2015. - StacyCullen

I bought an extended warranty for my car in 2015. It was a CNA Advance Tech with Seals warrant. It cost a little over $3000 and was supposed to cover “bumper to bumper“ issue. I have a $100 deductible when I take my car in for the diagnosis and repair. I was given a copy of the brochure and the carbon copy of the signed contract. The original documents were said to have been mailed in to CNA. I have used this extended warranty once prior at a different shop and my car was fixed with a $100 deductible. When I took my car in to be smogged, I was told it had a housing and adapter oil leak. I was told I had to take my vehicle to the dealer I purchased my warranty from because they had the original documents from 2015 and today, CNA does not usually cover oil leaks however they could have in 2015. I called, explained my situation, and was told I had to make an appointment to have a diagnosis done by them before they could schedule a repair. I live an hour away, planned to wait 2hrs for the diagnosis, and schedule the repair. When I got there, after waiting 20 minutes for assistance, I was told they had no information on my extendEd warranty. They wanted me to provide it before they could do anything. Luckily I had it in my car. After they entered my warranty information in their system and verify that it was still active, I was informed they were really behind and I would either have to leave my car overnight and potentially the weekend or I could reschedule my appointment. I secured a ride since their car service didn’t go out to where I live. I was then told I had to sign a work order that I agreed to pay $207 for each of the two issues they were supposed to looking a which totaled $414. When I told them I only had a $100 deductible, I was told that if CNA denied both issues I had to pay the diagnostic. If they denied 1 issue, I would have to pay $207 plus $100 for the deductible for the other issue even though they are related. If they accept both issue, I only have to pay $200. The combined parts to fix both connecting issues is $65. The previous shop only charged the $100 deductible and said all diagnostics were covered which I told the. I was told that it was because the repair that the shop I used was fixing a covered issue. I decided to leave. My business is obviously something they don’t want.
