Worked with Tam Nguyen. Super kind and helpful. We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was super helpful explaining all the different prices and features of the car. Tam deserves the full 5 stars. One of their sales managers tried to pull a quick one on me and I was about to leave but Tam helped them get back to the price I wanted to be at. Ended up working with Sheer in finance afterwards to close everything out and he was easy to talk to. We stayed an hour past closing and he never complained about it once. Consider working with Envision for any car purchases.

We worked out a price on the phone; I will say they wouldn't send it via email (because they didn't want me shopping the offer) but the definitely honored what we spoke about and I couldn't be happier. I received the worst service of my life — both in terms of the maintenance work and the treatment from the staff — including Service Agent Juan Ayala and Service Manager Alfredo Mejia at Hardin Honda. I own a 2019 Honda Accord Sport. On July 28, 2025, I dropped my car off at the Hardin Honda dealership service center around 7:45 AM to replace the evaporator. This repair requires removing and reinstalling the entire dashboard. I specifically chose the dealership so the dashboard would be reassembled to factory standards, and I paid $2,056.88 for the work. The part itself only costs a few hundred dollars — most of what I paid was for the labor involved in disassembling and reinstalling the dashboard. When I picked up my car at around 5:00 PM the same day, I immediately noticed the dashboard was not properly installed. There was a large gap between the dashboard and the windshield, and similar misalignments in other areas. I pointed this out to Juan Ayala. At first, he dismissed my concern, claiming “Honda builds their dashboards like that.” I was certain this was not true, so I compared my car with other Honda Accords at the dealership. After seeing the difference, Juan admitted there was indeed an excessive gap and told me to bring the car back the next day so they could fix it. On July 29, 2025, I returned with my car. Later that day, Juan informed me that they were unable to fix the issue. When I went back to inspect it myself, I found nothing had improved — the gaps were exactly the same. After arguing with Juan for several minutes, he finally gave me the contact information for the service manager, Alfredo Mejia. On July 30, 2025, I spoke with Alfredo. He was dismissive and unhelpful, stating outright that they could not fix the problem. I explained the amount I paid, what I expected, and why this level of workmanship was unacceptable, but he showed no concern or willingness to resolve it. This dealership provides terrible workmanship and customer service. The dashboard reassembly looks worse than what I would expect from a cheap mechanic shop, let alone a Honda dealership. If you care about your car and expect quality service, do not go to this dealership.

I had an amazing purchase experience, starting with a fantastic and responsive young salesman Andrew D. His communication response time was very quick. We connected via phone and I did all the negotiating over the phone, they were able to dealer trade to get the exact vehicle my wife and I were searching for (2026 Ash Green Passport Elite). Cody the Sales Manager took the reigns to acquire the car while Andrew and I finalized our deal. I then worked with Cody for the add ons I did want, and did not have to fight about add ons I didn't want. Being part of a massive chain for Lithia Motors, I opted for the lifetime oil change since they have so many destinations in North America. Even if we move out of state, we have confidence we can utilize and take full advantage of this prepaid service. And although I whole heartedly trust Honda quality, with a new model year, and even more electronics in a vehicle, I opted for the 7yr/80k warranty, something I typically would not buy. I got a great deal on the purchase and used some of those savings to invest back into the vehicle since we plan to keep the vehicle a very long time. Cristian in finance was quick and to the point since we knew we would use Honda finance for this purchase, and we had no interest in any other offers that finaince folks may try to upsell.. Everything was seemless and all was in order for when we arived in person to pick up the vehicle. Great team at DCH Honda of Temecula. It was worth our 60 mile commute to complete this deal! I highly recommend.

Earlier this year, I had to replace the front windshield - Plasencia50

Earlier this year, I had to replace the front windshield on my 2018 Honda Accord after a freeway incident. To avoid the high cost of going through the dealer (approx. $2,000), I opted for a reputable local installer who did the work using an aftermarket windshield. The work was done well, but I was advised the front camera might need recalibration. Months later, I received an error that disabled safety features like Brake Assist, so I brought the car to Diamond Honda on June 21, 2025, for a camera recalibration. Despite being unable to complete the recalibration, they still charged me the full $582. They claimed the windshield installer incorrectly placed the camera brackets, though this was not conclusively proven. Regardless, I don’t think it’s fair to charge full price for a service that wasn't successfully performed. The windshield installer (who was surprised Honda charged me at all) then had the recalibration professionally redone elsewhere for $350—which fully fixed the issue within a few hours. I returned to Diamond Honda on June 27 to request a refund. I waited 30 minutes (after being told it would be just 5) before meeting with their Service Director, Oscar Ramirez. Unfortunately, he came across as defensive and dismissive. Rather than showing understanding, he implied I should’ve expected problems because I didn’t have the work done by Honda. Ultimately, he agreed to a partial refund of $350, but only after making me wait another two weeks to prove the issue didn’t return—and requiring another scan of my vehicle. I came back on July 11 with no error codes present. However, the experience was even worse this time. I waited nearly an hour before even being acknowledged, and nearly three hours total just to get the promised refund. I never even spoke with Oscar—he walked by me multiple times without any acknowledgment. The lack of communication and courtesy was glaring. While I understand service departments can be busy, the lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism I experienced from Diamond Honda has made it clear that I won’t be returning. I’m sharing this so others can make a fully informed decision before choosing to do business here.
