I had brought my 2017 Honda CR-V because of an oil leak after I had brought my vehicle in for service a month ago. My service advisor- Joseph Bustamante was great. I told him the problem, and he told me to relax in your newly remodeled showroom while he have his service technicians isolate the problem. Mr. Bustamante came back shortly and told me that the oil train plug washer was defective. He said his technician will immediately install a new washer and have me back on the road shortly. Mr. Bustamante was great. He listened to my problem and kept me updated during my stay. He was apologetic about the defective washer and offer me a free oil change on my next visit. That what I call great customer service. Keep up the outstanding work.
