Excellent dealership, I would recommend to anyone, and I have several times. Service Department is very easy to work with, prices are fair and I have found the work is done right the first time. Two friends purchased a new truck and an SUV and they were very impressed with how they were treated by the sales staff.

Love my GMC truck but loathe having to take it in to Motor City GMC for service. Every service writer has been very personable in the 15 years I have been buying GMC trucks. Sadly, per an unnamed service advisor Motor City understaffs the number of diesel mechanics they employ which causes delays in warranty service. I am ok with waiting the month or so to get in for service but will never be ok with the vehicle then sitting for 3-4 days if not longer before they get around to servicing the vehicle. You would think if the focus really was on customer service they would make sure that on the day "they" schedule the vehicle to come in they would be prepared to begin servicing the vehicle. Currently Motor City over books the diesel appointments in the service department which only ensures delays and higher ratings.

We purchased a new Chevy 3500 from them in 2/20. It has been in the shop since 2/24. Today is 3/28. They don’t communicate delays or make their commitments for reply. I have had to involve GM corporate to get help. I need my truck for work. This is costing me my livelihood and they can’t be bothered to give an update on progress or an eta. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to diagnose and replace a steering part. Liars, frauds, don’t buy a car or truck here. They do not stand by their product and their service is by far the worst I’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. Very disappointing.

Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

I took my vehicle in there for the first time and got outstanding service from everyones involved what a credit to your establishment if it wasn’t for Dan directing me to my extended warranty 40 mile range policy I would of had it service there and cost me thousand of dollar which after reading the policy that Dan suggested was covered under my warranty what a outstanding staff you have in these days of deception and non caring staff you should be proud of them as I am thank you guys so much

5 stars for the experience from the beginning to driving off the lot with a new car! Went to this dealership started off with a phone call to see if the car we were considering was available. They answered fast and transferred me over to a sales rep named Benjamin, he promptly confirmed the car was still available and had it ready for us to check out when we got there. Once we arrived we immediately felt the good vibes from him and test drove the car a few times as he was patient with us because we had to alternate test driving the car due to us having our dogs with us. The car was priced well, yes they did have add-ons that were put on the car which increased the price, however the offer price was below kbb value and edmunds car value. Now comes time with negotiations because both my wife and I liked the vehicle. Yes you definitely have to come in to any dealership with your skills in negotiating what you are comfortable with, because business's are there to make money and customers wants a good deal. We felt like we both won! The negotiations did happen and it was definitely a good experience and NOT a pushy one. During our negotiating we spoke with both Benjamin and Patrick. Patrick the floor manager worked with us with running numbers and Benjamin did what he could to make the deal work. We agreed to the price we were comfortable with and they didn't make it soooooo difficult. GREAT!!! Now time to finance, we met with Alex and he made the experience even better with helping us get the extended warranty that still fits within our budget. Not a pushy guy either, he just did his job and still was able to provide us the warranty with no hassle. Mind you it was still early in the day so they had a lot of time to keep dealing but they made it quick and easy no pressure sales with good deals. From picking up the call fast to speaking with Benjamin dealing with Patrick and finishing up with Alex AAA+ experience no doubts there. Thanks guys and Tustin GMC for the experience we definitely recommend this dealer and the guys we worked with. We got a car we liked, color, features, price and warranty not to mention Benjamin gave us two bags of chips while working up the numbers, little things count. Hopefully our next car we consider this dealer will have it and Benjamin, Patrick and Alex are still there offering the same exceptional quality of service!!!!

Just recently purchased a used Buick Encore and needed to have the AC checked for a possible leak and had an additional warranty. I was shocked to see so many people working in the service department and how clean the work areas were. Anyway, Hong Nong walked me through the process of getting all the information needed and advised me depending on the issue you shouldn't have to pay for this with additional coverage. Anyway, they needed the car for about half a day, and he helped me get transportation back home. They cost more for the work to be done but I believe the work gets done right the first time and they will go out of their way to help the customer without pressure, just suggestions for work needed. Ask for Hong Nong the next time you go in. Tks Rob
