Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

If you have Moe checking your vehicle in for service, you will not go wrong. The dashboard of my 2020 Buick encore was not showing my digital speed and etc. the car was scheduled for service when this happened. I told Mohammed what happened and he held the car for a week and half until he got the problem fixed. Now, I recently had an oil change and tires rotated. The car runs like it was my 1st time behind the wheel. Adrian does good work as well on my car as well as the technicians. I might want to get another one.

Sales are ok. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Made appointment for 11:00. Arrived at 10:30 for service on Sierra EV (tire rotation). 2 hours in, I text service writer and he says “10-15 mins, almost done”. An hour later I go to desk. Can’t find Paperwork and coincidentally guy comes out of back saying that he “just needs to add oil change and parts” (ON AN EV). Woman comes out asking about oil change. I finally process out and have no idea if tire rotation was even done! Service writer comes out who I never saw in 3 hours and asks if everything is ok. Total disregard and disrespect for my time, unorganized, inept. I have no idea if work was even done. I will never go there again. I have two GMCs.
