I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chapman - HOLLY
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chapman BMW on Camelback. Despite calling ahead to ensure a quick process, I was stuck in finance for four hours. I finally received my vehicle at 8:30 PM, only to find the floor mats and second key missing. The salesperson promised the key would be mailed the next day, but I was later told it would cost $1,500 for these items. Furthermore, despite a claimed 120-point inspection, the low oil light appeared less than 30 days after purchase, indicating it was 2 quarts low. I had to pay a separate manufacturer dealership $1,600 for service and an additional $800 to fix a rear door that wouldn't open due to prior tampering. How did this pass a thorough multipoint inspection? Management falsely claimed they must have just forgotten to reset the light, but a reset does not change a critically low oil level. The General Sales Manager promised a week ago to look into these issues and call me back, but I still have not heard anything. As a business owner, I find this lack of communication and failure to stand behind an inspection completely unacceptable. If you are buying a used vehicle of another make from this dealership, beware. They clearly do not properly inspect or stand behind other brands they sell. 2 weeks later still have not recieved a call back!
