I bought an outback back in October. - gypzyink13
I bought an outback back in October. I love my vehicle. The experience buying it was pretty nice. The finance people are kind of snaky so watch that. And in service, Grant is the best person in the world. I didn’t like the other guy that I talked to earlier today. He was not helpful or kind of like Grant is.
I after 10 months of owning my vehicle I am not happy with the service I received. I was not informed properly about everything I needed to know about my car. When I asked for a service maintenance schedule and pricing three times in a row, I was never given one. Grant finally gave me one yesterday with estimated costs. I’m disabled and I feel highly taken advantage of. I drove down yesterday for my oil change and to get my tires checked and on my way home my right front tire went completely flat on the highway. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for roadside assistance to come put the doughnut on and drive 42 miles home on that Grant can’t help me figure out how to get a new tire on my car when I just paid $800 for new tires to be ordered and put on there after I told him I’m a half a block from discount tire where I’m at in Cottonwood. He talked me into buying tires there instead of here and now I can’t get anywhere. Until he refunds the money for the tires I bought I can’t purchase new tires and I have no way to get around. I am super displeased.
Not to mention that they promised me my payment wouldn’t be more than 670. Why am I paying $698 a month? That’s just super wrong absolutely absolutely horrendously wrong! Thieves and liars.
Also, I got approved for a loan through my bank why do I have a loan with a different bank now? I didn’t agree to that. How did that happen?
Make sure you read through your contracts before you actually sign them and don’t just trust Sabir. And if anything goes wrong, don’t expect management to take care of it. They’ll put it back on you telling you you should’ve read your stuff before you singed and take no responsibility for their actions. I trusted that what I verbally agreed to is the same on paper, but then they changed it.
I chose Subaru because of its ethical practices. It’s a real disappointment that these people don’t follow them.
I don’t feel as if the sale was transparent and I was informed of everything in fact I was lied to and manipulated.
