Second purchase here and again found everyone very accommodating. Jaxson our service rep was super helpful. I had a family emergency and had to travel to New Jersey, leaving my truck parked. The vehicle was impounded, and after that I learned the lender had repossessed it. I was required to pay approximately $2,70 leaving my truck parked. The vehicle was impounded, and after that I learned the lender had repossessed it. I was required to pay approximately $2,700 to recover the truck. The communication and resolution process was extremely frustrating, and I felt I was not treated fairly as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership or its affiliated finance operations again. More

Had vehicle towed in for a transmission issue, due to the fact that the warranty was extended because of issues with the transmission. Was called back and was told the transmission would not be covered becau fact that the warranty was extended because of issues with the transmission. Was called back and was told the transmission would not be covered because the fluid in the differential was low. They showed a video of fluid in a catch can but did not show the vehicle that it came out of. So warranty was denied. Prior to that we had it at a shop and they were the ones that informed us about the warranty, and they checked the transmission fluid and differential fluids when they had it and all fluids were full. We then took it to another Subaru dealer and got the vehicle back in three days with a new transmission under warranty. I think Auto Nation was trying to double dip and get us to pay and then do it under warranty. Very unethical. More
