My experience at AutoNation Scottsdale was the worst I have ever had. They are arrogant and deceptive. I would have walked away, except my wife really wanted the Suburban. When I pointed out problems with the vehicle, they claimed they had a no haggle policy, then proceeded to increase the amount by $1000. I started to walk away, but my wife intervened. They used that to their advantage. This dealership exemplifies all the horror stories you've ever heard about xxxxxxx car dealers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are liars and cheats. More

Second purchase here and again found everyone very accommodating. Jaxson our service rep was super helpful. Chris Mueller in finance was very concise and clear in explaining our paperwork and Colton t accommodating. Jaxson our service rep was super helpful. I had a family emergency and had to travel to New Jersey, leaving my truck parked. The vehicle was impounded, and after that I learned the lender had repossessed it.
