I was very happy with the service provided by Tony V when I took my CRV for its regular maintenance check. I had called the previous day with a query, and he responded promptly with a message to voicemail. We came in a bit early for our appointment and we were accommodated early with the service completed sooner than the quoted 1.5 hour estimated wait. I hope this level of service will continue for the unforeseeable future and especially when business volume increases. p.s. I like that I am offered a car wash as part of the service.

I would like to get this oppurtunity to thank Mike my advisor and Honda of Superstition Springs for handling my car xxxxxxappropriately. The low tire pressure warning sign showed up 3x on my screen for 3 weeks time, despite having it checked to other service center, but then when I had it service yesterday aug 12, 2025 to honda, mike knew right away theres a bigger problem after initial inspection. Then after it was thoroughly checked its not only the air, theres a nail sticking on my tire. It was smoothiy fixed by the service. Mike intelligence, always going for an extra mile and customer service was superb. Ill diffenitely go back for further service in the future👏🏻👏🏻

I have been coming here for my wife's car service for last 2 years. I never had any problems with the service and staff has been so nice, except yesterday, August 22nd/2025 at around 4pm. I had a very bad experience from your service advisor, I brought my Honda CRV for tire repair. The advisor was so rude and told me to buy a new tire instead of tire repair. When I asked him to at least check my tire he agreed to check and told me there is a nail on the side of the tire and Honda dealership does not repair on the side of tire. It is against Honda's policy. I told him that's fine I will take my car somewhere else. That advisor was so rude all the time while talking to me. He was treating me if I did something wrong. His customer service was absolutely zero. He does not know how to interact with the customer. It is certainly not a good thing for the reputation of your company. I bought Honda CRV in 2024 with cash from your dealership and have been getting good service whenever I come there but this advisor of yours made my day miserable and I felt so insulted. I do not know his name but he was at the far left counter in side of service department. I will have to think to go to another dealership for my car service in the future.
