The moment that we showed up here, it was an extremely welcoming experience. They immediately greeted us and got to work. The entire time, there was zero pressure. They were very communicative and kept us up to speed with what's going on in the process. From start to finish, the whole process took around 1 1/2 hours and that includes us test driving the vehicle that we purchased. I felt very safe purchasing from them. The staff exhibited a level of pride in their work and the Henry Brown name that was noticeable by both my wife and I. Mr. Brown's son is the one who wrote up the deal and he was an amazingly generous and kind guy. As a bonus, we were able to get an great deal because I'm a first responder. I have zero doubt that my next vehicle purchase will be through them. I look forward to seeing them again.

Should not take 4 months to get parts, they do work I told them not to and charged me. I took my car in in April and they said the turbo needed replacement. It took 4 months, numerous phone calls and visits and then an angry call from me for them to finally figure out how to get the parts. Also in April I asked how much to replace my headlight, they said $132, that included $100 labor. I told them to take that off the repair order so I assumed when I went in last week to get my turbo replaced that the headlight was taken off like I told them to. Well, they didn't do their job and didn't take it off so they replaced the headlight and charged me. That was not right,

It wasn't the same model, so they switched it out the very next day. Ryan was outstanding. He gave me a lesson on the features of the car and was so professional.
