I understand you’re not going to say your employees tried to rip me off, but don’t try to make it sound like a “poor communication“ issue. My advisor LIED. He said there was not a major leak and there clearly was. He said I needed “All 11 seals replaced” and I didn’t. My advisor was not the mechanic, and he probably doesn’t know anything about the actual issue, he was just regurgitating what a mechanic told him. That means the mechanic LIED. You want to know what’s interesting? I was charged $205 for “diagnostics” and there is no diagnosis on my paperwork. Nothing about seals, nothing about a hose, nothing about a leak. Blank. It’s blank because they lied. Apparently, the only concern you have with this is that your staff are not better liars, they have “poor communication.” To be fair, it’s true. If my advisor had just said “It’s a major leak. Only God knows if we’ll be able to fix it without replacing the whole system” I would have happily paid the $1400.
