If you're looking for service, and can find a parking space in their overcrowded lot, they shunt you into the garage where they always make you wait, looking at their shameful pictures of the killing of rare animals, and they charge you for services that other places do for free--$124 to read the codes on the car computer! It takes longer for them to get Toyota parts than it takes independent garages in the Valley, and they charge twice as much. More

Waited for an hour for the finance guy to finish the deal. Make you go through the fiancé paper work even when paying cash. Worst dealer experience ever. More
Blaine the crook My wife took her car in for warranty recall and to see what the new fix was for the vtc actuator. There was some confusion on on what we wanted done and they couldn't get a hold of me. So Blaine diagnosed my car for 60 dollars to tell me my vtc actuator needed to be replaced with out even asking. When picking up the car she asked what she was paying for and that we already new that we had a problem with the car. He said they usually charge 160 for diagnostic tests and he was giving us a deal. I stopped by after work to contest the charge. He never said he did something wrong but did gave me my money back. Later my wife said he had lied to her when trying to get the car back from him. She had been going back and forth passing the dealership multiple times. She called when she saw it sitting outside. He said they were putting the caps back on and would call her when it was ready. She passed again and it was still in the same place. When she physically went in to get the car he said he didn't have the key because they were washing it. She stepped back and showed him the car. His response was they must be done let me find out where the key is. He found the key and made her pay for the bogus test. The car was never washed and later that night dealt with me and my frustrated red face. In the past I have had issues with Blaine but never with the other service guys. Just steer clear of Blaine and you should have a good experience. More

I knew the issues were such that a dishonest operator could exploit...to my relief, Young Toyota completed the repairs in the most honest and professional manner I've encountered in years at a Dealership! Bill, the Service Writer kept me appraised at every step and made sure the correct repairs were being done by ordering inspections of other possible peripheral causes, at no charge. The final total was well below the cost I had anticipated! Good to know we have a HONEST and reliable Dealership to go to in Logan! More

My appointment was made on a day that fit my schedule and as a busy working mom that is a small miracle. Scott Ripe is always so nice and gets my car serviced quickly. The driver working that day offered to take me and my 2 year old daughter somewhere while we were waiting. So we had lunch and just as we finished U got a call that our car was done and they would come pick us up. It was the most enjoyable oil change that I've ever gotten :) More

Unwilling to honor original offer I went to the dealership with my boyfriend and we made an offer of 10,500 on a vehicle. We were told by the salesperson that would probably work and they'd have someone call us. They called to have us come and sign for the car. I went by myself because this was a car for me and was told $5k more than what I was told initially. They were unwilling to work with me and treated me unfairly. I wouldn't go here as a single mother or they will try to take advantage of you. The price they tried to force me into was over 5k over trade in value and they were saying they paid MSRP for this car. I don't know how dumb they think I am...but NO dealership does that and stays in business. They were asking more than high book and I was told by my salesperson that sometimes kelly blue book isn't accurate. I personally trust it over the word of a used car salesman. I walked out of the dealership when I felt they weren't being honest and the salesman followed me to the car and made two additional offers his "sales manager had approved" none of which were the numbers originally discussed. Come here if you're looking for dishonesty, high pressure and a lack of business ethics. If this was the only car dealership in Logan...I'd ride the bus. More
