Peace of mind! I didn't think I was going to be able to get out of the current situation I found myself in. I was upside down in a car I had recently purchased and I didn't think I was going to be able to get out of the current situation I found myself in. I was upside down in a car I had recently purchased and losing money fast. Not sure of the next steps to take or if I would qualify for another vehicle, Young Automall gave me the courage to move forward. It started with finding the car I wanted. Then they showed me my options and how I would benefit from making that decision. Same day I signed the papers for a brand new vehicle, and I felt completely at peace with making that choice. Thank you Daniel Deininger for beginning it all with hope, and Jake Christensen for the trust that was created to help me move forward to make the deal. Thank you Finance, Scott and Steve, for being clear with my paperwork! You explained everything with clarity! I would recommend everyone to buy their vehicles through Young Automall. They have earned my business from here on out! More
Scamed,lied to, wasted 4 days 6-8 hrs each day just for begi Scott Cooley will lie to you about all the so called add ons you have to have, and tell you it has to be charged as part of the deal. When it's really added commissions for him is all. Examples: GAP $850. You don't have to have it. Road hazard tire, and wheel coverage. Again told I had to have. $395. xxxx I had to put new tires on before I'd drive it. Tires they passed on safety inspection were worn way into wear bars. Also I received warranty with new tires. So another scam. ShadowMark vehicle labeling $299. Was told beside the coating coverage (which my truck doesn't even have) this included a GPS unit mounted in door required by financial institution. Asked so that should be up to then to pay if they want that. But noooo said I had to have or couldn't buy truck. My truck doesn't even have this product on it. I opened door panels there isn't anything there. Oh and let's not forget the Young Autocare a definite had to have or else $698. What a joke. I won't even use the free oil changes as crooked as the service dept is. Then the biggy. The service contract that supposedly finance company demanded I have. $2000. Then deal was originally $3500 cash down. I went out of my way, and came in with $4500 to put more then they wanted. Guess what? Good old Scott Cooley wants more. Ended up having to get a $500 Toyota credit card to cover this. So ended up $5000 down. Finally like I said 4 days, and I got my truck. Then about 3 days before temp tag was to expire I contacted one of the Youngs in a panic to see what to do. Ended up getting a response that the scam artist, you guessed it Scott Cooley hadn't even got the financing finished yet. So had to get another tag, and waste another 2 hrs just for him to do that. I've tried to contact Scott at lest 2 dozens times seems soon as I say my name low and behold Mr Cooley has just stepped out. I've even gone in a few times. Yup he just stepped out then to. Thinking more like just crawled under his desk. I have just found out there is a department with the DMV I can file with to get this what I consider theft taken care of. Guess that's all I can do because it seems Youngs Auto Mall could care less about their reputation, and have no customer service at all. Oh and let's also mention the great manager Jake now there's a class act. When he stood up from his desk came at me in a threatening manner. Of course I'll admit I stood my ground let him know probably not a good idea. But then also went outside to remove myself before I did something I'd regret. But low, and behold who comes out, and brings it back up you guessed it. The class act management Jake. I just decided after all that had gone on, and eating 5 hours of the day I just left hoping they'd get everything done, I'd come back the next day. Be done have my truck, and go on. Nope another 6 hour day wasted at this unprofessional, disorganized place, and no truck yet. They hadn't taken it to have tires I had to put on over to have done yet. Finally the next day I got my truck. No detail, dirty,no full tank of fuel not a xxxx thing. This place made buying my truck the most unpleasant, least excitable experience ever. I would like to see the DMV nail them after I turn in my paperwork about this shady nothing more then theft of customers, and the public. More
