bad service contract I bought an extended service contract the last time I had my car service I asked what was left on my contract after a year and a half the service mana I bought an extended service contract the last time I had my car service I asked what was left on my contract after a year and a half the service manager said belts hoses and battery 2 months after that my battery went dead I called Young toyota and asked if they would replace the battery they then explained that the warranty only was to check the battery bets and hoses. not to replace them like a bank guard that only tells you when there is a robbery but does nothing about it. thank you for a broken promise I will never buy another car from Young dealerships. I'll not use this service again I went into young service to get an oil change. I used a coupon from a mailer they sent. When I went to pick up the car the price was the same as I ha I went into young service to get an oil change. I used a coupon from a mailer they sent. When I went to pick up the car the price was the same as I had paid last time. I asked if they had used the 24.99 coupon. I was told that they had used the 10.00 dollar coupon because I have synthetic oil. The 24.99 coupon states that synthetic is extra. I expected it to cost more than the 24.99. Then I was told that my vehicle used 5 more quarts of oil than most cars. So in the end I paid as much for my oil change as I had the last visit. Don't believe everything they tell you. More
