I would put zero stars if possible. I went with my sister to purchase a car and was lied to and scammed multiple times. First, they said they would take 2 grand off the purchase price, I went with my sister to purchase a car and was lied to and scammed multiple times. First, they said they would take 2 grand off the purchase price, which never happened. They then went over a list of standard coverages that at the time they said were included. Obviously, by this review you know that was a lie. Little did I know it was a $10,000 lie. Then, they offered to take me on a test drive of a car while they got the keys for my sister. Looking back, I know that was a stupid move, but it sounded fun at the time. While I was gone, They brought out all the papers for my sister to sign. You know, the ones I was there to make sure she didn’t get screwed with. Please have someone there to read over these papers thoroughly before signing. Utah doesn’t have a 3-day return law for some reason. I learned a lot from this experience and I am pretty stupid for trusting people. By now I know. Also, if you ever come here, they will push a bunch of agreements that they want you to sign and they will refuse to show you the full cost breakdown. Don’t sign anything. They refuse to be transparent making excuses about how it’s too much work to run the numbers before they know you’re committed. Should’ve left the first time that nonsense came out of their mouths. I just hope this helps someone not get screwed like my sister did. More

While signing documents it CLEARLY states on THEIR document in bold letters with a box around it that those things are NOT required to purchase the car! Uh Say What?!?! When she challenged them on this, she was treated so poorly for the remainder of our experience with them. She is still working on getting a refund. No one would return phone calls and when they did, they gave us false information. We would not have stayed with them had we not already signed papers. Young, you would be wise to change out your staff who use deceit and bullying to sell cars. WORST car purchasing experience I've witnessed! I will never recommend Young dealerships after how we were treated. Completely Unacceptable!! More
Never come here. I will never buy a car here or any young dealership again. It all started 2 weeks ago. My wife and I went to look at a car we saw online for 10,000. It was more expensive than the average car that was the same make, model and year but we wanted to know more. After we got more information about it and saw it, we knew we had to have it. We worked with a person from the dealership. To see our financing options through them. We said what we wanted to pay, and he came back saying that it was Going to be more than what we wanted. He said it was going to be a little over 500 for 6 years. After doing the math we found out the apr would be around 69%. He said it was just because interest rates for cars right now are high. This is extremely predatory as we got an interest rate the next day through our Credit union for under 7%. We think he just did the wrong decimal place but still the fact he did not catch that was ridiculous. He also said on the car ride all of the things we would get with this car, later to find out they were "optional" packages that we could not back out from. He also said that he could not explain the finance information because the finance guy was gone for the day. So, we came back the next day preapproved because of the predatory lending they told us about. We come in and let him know that we were preapproved but wanted the car. He brought us to the finance guy who went through the financials quickly because he thought our guy went through it with us. When we got to the final document, we found the total to be over 14000. We were confused to this because we were expecting it to be closer to 11000 after taxes and fees. This is when we found out that the things we would "get" were actually optional packages and equipment one was a spare key for 700 that we told him the day before we would not want because 700 For a key is ridiculous. We also got out of window tinting which was something we never discussed but was on the sale anyway. They also had an anti-theft device and a tire protection package That We could not get out of. He said the theft was already installed and there was nothing they could do about that. The tire protection package was very vague as to why they could not remove it. The biggest kick to the xxxxx though was the price of the car was now 10,657. When we asked about this our guy said that we talked about that yesterday which was a lie. He kept saying 10,000 but he referred to the paper were looking at the previous day saying that it was on there.it was but he never explained it to us. I was under the impression that it was that price because the taxes were included. He told us it was 600 more because they had to put it through the shop. Complete xx. Regretfully we ended up singing it because we needed a car and my wife like it. We were told it would be out of the shop in a few days. A few days came and went without any progress updates, so we called for one. We did not get an answer right away because out guy was busy, and they had to ask him. We always had to ask for updates and got the same answer. Eventually we were told they were waiting on the parts, but they could not give us an eta. It's 2023, I always get an estimated delivery day when I order parts, but I guess this dealership can't. Eventually the parts got in this Monday, and we got a text letting us know and saying they will try to get it in that day. No calls for updates except that our license plate arrived, and they asked if we wanted to come in to get them. My wife responded can we get our car too since we don't have it yet. the person said they would have to check with our guy, and he would get back to us. No updates. We called the next night. We called the shop instead because our guy never gave us straight answers. The shop said they finished it up today but would have to ask our salesman if its ready. We were told it would be detailed a second time and only got halfway through it, but we could come get it if More
I would not recommend buying from here I recently purchased a 2014 chrysler town and country with in 24 hours it was in their shop because the check engine and ETC light came on which I was told was purchased a 2014 chrysler town and country with in 24 hours it was in their shop because the check engine and ETC light came on which I was told was "just the thermostat" after I got my vehicle back I get less than a mile from the dealership and my whole vehicle is smoking coming in through the vents barely made it to the side of the road before it conoletely shut up had to be towed back to the dealership this time somebody supposedly forgot to put a cap back on so fluid spewed out everywhere which caused the white smoke after they replaced the cap I get no less than 5 miles away and my vehicle breaks down again this time supposedly a hose issue all of this happened in less than a week of having the vehicle I noticed since day one I was having acceleration issues and still do well now it's been a month and I'm having multiple misfire issues due to faulty spark plugs and O2 sensor is bad which could've been causing my acceleration issues I'm assuming they were holding off on fixing it so that my one month warranty on those issues could not cover those problems , I'm extremely irate as this is my vehicle I use for work now I cannot work until I get this issue resolved and I'm a single mom of 3 how am I supposed to make money for my kids or even to fix the vehicle?? I specifically told them I needed a reliable vehicle as I use it for work doing deliveries how am I supposed to make my car payments if I can't work? Worst experience I have had buying a vehicle. I accompanied my friend to help her purchase a new car and had a terrible experience. They add on extra "non-cancelable" expenses without telling the customer, even when they declined them in the first place. Along with this, he also rushed my friend through the paperwork without offering any explanations. When we asked for an explanation of the different charges and tried to cancel them, Kyle was very short and condescending with us and said: " I would have to take it out of my own paycheck, and I don't want to do that". If you go here, please avoid Kyle Dwiggins at all costs. More
Went to this Dealer ship for a couple reasons a couple months back to get information on ordering a new Tacoma. I had first contacted them through email and only got one email from them before they quit e months back to get information on ordering a new Tacoma. I had first contacted them through email and only got one email from them before they quit emailing me. so I decided to go there and I talked to I believe his name was Mark. Mark was quite professional in person and answered most of my questions. I asked questions on pricing and found that they wanted to mark up the price over MSRP which is just a Greed tactic due to the whole so called chip shortage and the trucks going quickly. i still cant believe people are willing to pay what they do for new trucks but was what it is. that's not why my experience was bad. They then tried to tell me that on ALL THERE VEHICLES they WILL be installing a aftermarket Tracking Device that I DID NOT want installed. a couple other things. They said I will be REQUIRED to buy. And because of this is my bad experience. As I am spending the money to buy the vehicle I want I want it my way that's Why I ordered a Vehicle MY WAY! I was then informed that I Was not a right fit to be Buying an new vehicle and that they would not be doing business with me. Sad thing for them is that they would have gotten 2 Truck sales because my dad also ordered a new truck with me! also its sad that I was treated the way I was because I use to work for Young Automotive 2years ago and had nothing bad to say about them. I called to check and purchase the availability of a 2022 Highlander platinum edition. The ad on KSL said the MSRP was $52027 and the sale price was also $52027. When I informed them that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle all of a sudden there was an additional $3000 mark up on the car. When I asked why it wasn’t disclosed in their advertising the manager Dan Deinger was rude and said I don’t have to buy it if I don’t want to. I asked why they were not being honest in their pricing and advertising; he had no response and hung up on me. I will never ever recommend or buy a vehicle at any Young dealership. They are a stealership not a dealership. So disappointed in how they treat a customer wanting to spend over $52000 at their stealership. Also all the positive reviews are done by their employees and their families. Check and you will see most reviews are left by people who have never left a review anywhere else. Bunch of liars and thieves. Stay away from these crooks and spend your money somewhere else. More
Horrible dealership, stay away from this place. Steve Kirk, Kyle Dwiggins and Scott in finance. They add all sorts of extras to (LoJack, Resistall and scratch and dent) $1700+ in my case even after you v Kirk, Kyle Dwiggins and Scott in finance. Since they make you sign everything electronically you can’t really tell what your signing so they lie and chest you. Once you figure it out they won’t return you called, texts and emails. STAY AWAY from YOUNG TOYOTA, worst dealership I’ve experienced. More
