We went in to get my car service on 7/14. I was shown several crappy vehicles compared to my Toyota. Finally my husband convinced me to trade my car in . We went with Mark, mark was amazing til it came to the approval, I told him what I could afford and sadly he couldn’t do it and now we are paying more than we wanted. He then leaves us sitting there to help other customers and any questions we had he wouldn’t answer them. We waited over an hour to sign our papers with Blake after we got approved. Very frustrating especially when we are the only ones there (it was after 8pm). Two weeks later on 7/20 we received a call from Mark saying we need to go in and sign new papers since our Loan changed. I told Mark we couldn’t go in because we had family out of town well he insisted that we go in. We went in after work and I told him when we’d be there so they would have all the paper work ready. We waited 45 minutes for Blake and he leaves with a salesman and goes outside to talk to a customer. We go back in when Blake has time to fill our paper work and I find out they still haven’t sent out our payment after 2 weeks. I contacted Jake (GM) and he told me it would be expedited. I contacted Mark again on 7/30. All he would tell me is it is being worked on and they have 20 days to pay it off. Which I understand the whole 20-day payoff but I have traded in tons of cars and it doesn’t take that long and I have people who work at dealerships who also agreed it doesn’t take that long. I called the finance company my loan is through and they have no record of my car being traded in and by utah law they have to notify them within 10 days. I messaged Jake and Mark today 8/2 to see what my update is on my payoff, no reply. I then called in and Blake is supposedly out of the office. I am now feeling like my calls and emails are being ignored. I am beyond frustrated that the GM lied to me more than once, that I didn’t get the updated loan agreement, that we have been treated poorly and that my car still isn’t paid off like it was promised and is now listed for sale. I will be going to someone higher on the chain and I will make sure this will be resolved. We are so embarrassed that we referred someone to them and they are being treated poorly. They will NEVER have our business again or anyone who we referred to them. More
I purchased my Toyota Highlander new from this dealership 2 years ago and really had problems with the service department fixing some warranty issues. For one warranty repair I had to take it back 3 times before they finally fixed the problem. I was very frustrated with the way I was treated and how I had to wait around for someone to help me and then they seemed to be put out by my being there. There was no shuttle service so I simply had to either wait or get my wife to come pick me up. After one warranty oil change I asked if they could run my car through the car wash and they said they could if I could give them another 20 to 30 minutes. So frustrating--and I bought the car from them! Well, my car had a recall issue a couple weeks back and I caught myself wishing I could take it someplace else to get the repair done but I called and made an appointment. To my surprise things had changed. No more scantily clad women there to snub me at check-in but rather I got friendly, efficient assistance. They offered me a shuttle to take me home since it would be a 4 hour repair. They also came and picked me up when my car was done and it was done ahead of schedule! There was a quick check-out and when I went to where my car was parked they had even washed it without my asking! So I would move this dealership up from one star to 4. I hope it continues. More
My visit was not a pleasant one to say the least. When I scheduled the appointment for an oil change, I made sure that Toyota care was still in effect for my car and that it would cover the oil change. When I dropped the car off, I also reminded the person Checking me in that the oil change was covered under Toyota care. I also had them look at my display screen that is cracking in the corners for no reason to see if it was under warranty. It wasn’t and they were not willing to do anything about it. It took them over 2hrs to change the oil. When I got the call that the oil had been changed I went back to pick up the car. There was nobody in the service center lobby. I waited for 10-15 with people walking by me, with nobody stopping to help. A man came over made an excuse for the long wait (I think he was the manger of the service department) blamed the wait on other employees even though I’m betting he could see me through the lobby windows the whole time while he talked to technicians. He couldn’t find my paper work, and then when he did find it they had charged me for the oil change. I said the oil change is free because of Toyota care. He then blamed me for the meds up saying I should have told them that when I got there. I explained that I did and that I had when I scheduled it. He wouldn’t fix it and told me to just take my car and leave. I told him I wasn’t happy with the service and he still wouldn’t fix it so I took my car (with plastic and dirty paper mats still inside and left. I still have one more free oil change through young Toyota and I will not be using it because I would rather pay someone’s else who can do it in 1/3 of the time rather than have to deal with their poor service. Prior to this I had been taking my vehicles to Jiffy Lube and it seemed like there was a problem nearly every time. They failed to tighten the oil filter and drain plug on two separate occasions which made a huge mess on my driveway. I have never had a problem with any service work performed at Young Toyota and the employees are always helpful. More
Had an awesome experience at Young Honda. My wife and I had an old beat up car that we were tired of repairing. They actually had a recent trade in that hadn't even had time to be listed and it was perfect for us. Financing with Kelly Walker was a smooth process and also went very quickly. Nick Tak was a fantastic salesman and when my wife wasn't interested in one of the cars he showed us, he didn't press us at all, just moved on to the next one. Great work all around. More

If I could give negative stars I would. One word, RUN. I caution anyone to avoid this place at all cost. If you have to work with them, get everything in writing! They will take advantage of you and the nice salesman will flip the minute you sign, the manager doesnt keep up his word and the finance manager will make you sign things blindly with incorrect info or he will just not tell you pieces that leave out vital info that jack up the total purchase price with the response.. "you will get all this on a jump drive after, I just need you to sign here" I bought my first new car here after saving for over 5 years for it and the story is horrifying. They ruined what should have been a highlight in my life with the parting words "you signed the contract" ( the Same contract that the finance manager doesn't show you, he just verbally goes through some and says sign here, you get a copy on the jump drive at the end!" You will regret doing business with them at some point. Go somewhere else. More

Nothing but lies NOTHING BUT LIES I live in a different state so they sent me a video of the truck.... at night covered in snow! Lucky there was another video posted of the truck on their youtube channel that was during the day time. The salesman in the video said no dents no scratches. So I hopped a plane and flew out there. To my surprise the truck was covered in scratches like someone drove through the woods and branches scraped down every side of the truck, there also several scratches that were through the paint not related to the other ones. And there was a large dent in the fender. Completely different from I was expecting, when asking the sale person about it there response was "what do you expect its used." I guess that is my own stupidity cause I expect people to be honest and truthful. They easily could have been hey just so you know before you fly out here the truck has significant cosmetic defects. I took it for a test drive and the check suspension light came on so they had one of the techs look at it and "it was a old code that didn't get cleared." Ether way I purchased the truck and 200 miles down the road it came on again. I drove it home and talked the salesperson the next day they said go get it checked out and they would take care of it. Since it was a GM and the issue was with the BCM it had to go to the dealer to read it. I took it my local dealership who I have dealt with before and it honest. They told me that it was a sensor in the suspension and there is no way it could be a old code as that part had never been replaced. They also gave me a list of issues with the "fully inspected" truck. When I contacted the sale person about the issues they offered me less then half the cost to replace the sensor and refused to pay for the diagnostic and told me to bring it for them to take a look knowing I live in a different state. So they sent me a check and a non disclosure agreement... for a check? Seems like they have probably done this before... I am not going to sign a NDA for a check just so you don't have to worry about bad reviews. This place is horrible and they are as sleazy as any used car dealer ship don't let the professional appearance fool you. The truck that was "fully inspected" before sale has lube coming out of the axle and the brakes were completely shot and I had to have them replaced with in 1500 miles. Avoid ... NOTHING BUT LIES More
