dealer sold me a Jeep with bad engine mounts. they told me they went through everything, and that the car was mechanically sound. Wasn’t expecting to buy a certified used vehicle drive it 50 mile they told me they went through everything, and that the car was mechanically sound. Very disappointed! I went in for an express oil change & my car was moved to the service line. The gentleman that pulled me in failed to communicate to have a ticket wr I went in for an express oil change & my car was moved to the service line. The gentleman that pulled me in failed to communicate to have a ticket wrote up. I only noticed once I seen the cars behind me had been serviced. I arrived at 2:30pm & didn't leave until close to 5pm. More
