Hi Ashley, You are welcome to call my husband Greg. His number is 615-400-0507 Our salesman was Chris. He is aware of the issues. We sent messages and my husband went in to talk with him. Your phones are never answered there at all!We called over and over again. When truck was dropped off in person The mechanic never bothered to take the truck out to drive to see what was up. We sent him a video with the truck making the noises. Instead it just sat there for two weeks. No one called to let us know anything. We drove down and asked for our keys and left. Now we had to rent another vehicle while the other dealership in Columbia fixes it.
