Their word to reimburse me for repairs are worthless! They owe us over 400.00. We had an agreement that I could go to local dealer for repairs that should have been fixed before delivering to us. This is without a doubt the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a dealership. I bought a used car from them in Nov. 22. I bring my car in and they said I needed to fix it within 30 DAYS of purchasing - something that was never communicated during the sale. My car has now been there for 10 days - with no updates - and they tell me I have to have MY ENTIRE DRIVER DOOR REPLACED FOR $4,000. I have tried calling and calling and calling but all I get are voicemails. No one even has the decency to call back or discuss the situation. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. NEW OR USED YOU WILL BE SCREWED. More

Finally went down in person to tell them we were having problems with the truck they just sold us. We finally brought the truck in for service and They kept our truck for two weeks. We kept calling to see what was up. They didn’t even bother checking on it. We had to go down there and found truck was never looked at. We asked for keys and as soon as we left the truck started making this horrible noise again. We called another Ford dealership Columbia TN and they have been amazing and answered their phones from the first time we called! We will never deal with Wyatt Ford again and we are taking our business to the Columbia dealership from now on. More
I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the service at Wyatt Johnson Ford. The utter lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. I had an appointment for a serious issue with my car service at Wyatt Johnson Ford. The utter lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. I had an appointment for a serious issue with my car on 3/27/23 at 9am. I spoke to someone once that afternoon (after calling 5 times) who said they didnt know what was wrong yet and would run more tests and call me back the next morning. He did not call back. I was left completely in the dark for 9 days. The fact that I had to resort to calling multiple times every single day, and even 8+ times one day AND NEVER RECEIVING A CALL OR TEXT OR EVEN AN EMAIL in response is unacceptable. I understand that things happen and cars can be difficult to diagnose, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. The service manager's attempt to charge us for a diagnostic after their negligence in contact/communication is beyond comprehension. The fact that my mother had to intervene and negotiate a reasonable price is ridiculous, but we had to pay to it in order for them to allow us to have it towed to another location to be fixed. And to top it all off, the service manager didn't even have the decency to apologize or take responsibility for the lack of communication once he finally called us to get payment AFTER the tow truck to move it was already arranged. He tried to charge $230 for diagnosing my car and just keeping it for almost 2 weeks. We ended up paying $80 so we could get the car moved to a competent mechanic. I would never recommend Wyatt Johnson Ford to anyone for their service needs. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or their vehicles - they only care about getting paid. I'm not even sure they care so much about that either. I don't know who is running this place, but it's the worst experience I HAVE EVER encountered ANYWHERE with ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS. It's a shame that a business can operate like this and still have customers. By the way, after I started having problems getting in touch with someone, I looked them up on the BBB website and they have a 1.3 star rating out of 5. I'm surprised it's that high to be honest. I bought this new truck 2020 Ford F350 with my wife Ashkey Utzman in spring 2020. In the fall of 2021 my roof lights on the truck started leaking. I made an appointment for the lights leaking and broug Ashkey Utzman in spring 2020. In the fall of 2021 my roof lights on the truck started leaking. I made an appointment for the lights leaking and brought the truck in. Stephanie in the body department said no problem it's warranty work. However there was two others with the same problem ahead of me. And that they would need my truck for 3 weeks. I said I couldn't go that long without it so she said come back in the spring when we are less busy. So in June 2022 I went back and again they said they needed it for 3 weeks, but to come back in the slow time during winter. With me work schedule being out of town and made the next available appointment that work for me when I was home. February 9th 2023. Brought it back in and she said 2 weeks to hold the trucks. I said that I couldn't do that please just order the parts and I'll bring it back for the work rather than it sit. She said it was their policy to keep the truck. However this time I asked if I could bring it to another Ford dealer that could do the work quicker. She said yes since it's warranty work. I brought it to Miracle Ford of Gallatin and they said 2 days and told me that needing it for 2-3 weeks was a joke. Here's where the problem comes in. When I bring the truck to miracle on February 22nd 2023 they said they can't do it under warranty now since the truck is past 36,000 miles. So now they needed the paperwork dating back from when I first made the warranty claim to fix it. Wyatt Johnson doesn't have the paperwork and blames it on prior management and that there was nothing they can do. I have a 100 thousand dollar truck that collects water on the floors when it rains. They are 100% responsible for this work as well as my loss wages. I've lost 6-7 grand in loss wages because if Wyatt Johnson Ford. They say it's a Ford issue that needs coverage from Ford warranty. But Ford won't cover it because Wyatt Johnson didn't do the paperwork. They place the blame on prior management but the new management is just as incompetent as the prior. Don't buy here or service here. They are trash. The only reputable good Ford dealers in Middle Tennessee is Ford of Franklin and Murfreesboro Ford. I have phone call recordings of 3 people from Wyatt Johnson telling me this is covered by the warranty. Yet they won't do the work or have another dealership do the work More
