Bought my car back in 2023 this year i have been having issues with light on my dash coming on for my 2020 EcoSport had it in last month for a light that say hill clim assist they said it was fixed under warranty get it back a couple of weeks later light comes back on with check engine light call then tell them they say they need it dropped off so they come get it it’s been almost 2 weeks and they are saying it’s leaking compression around the spark plugs and I need a new battery that’s causing all the issues all the time the car runs great the light comes on and goes off after a couple of days I told them that if it was the plugs and leaking compression the car would be running like crap never ran bad they say that’s what the computer says my car only has 48,000 miles on it I had a Kia at 78000 miles and never replaced the plugs yet I traded on this car also he says that using the auto stop / start wares down the battery well that is not my problem it’s a ford issue so they want to charge me over 800 to replace those items and I told them no now they want to charge me 280 for looking at the car for a diagnostic fee for which I gave no authorization for all they were to do was fix the hill assist thing that they said they did last month when it was in there I’m filing a complaint with Ford, BBB, and contacting all the news channels do yourself a favor and STAY AWAYS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BUY A CAR FROM CARVANA MUCH BETTER

Breakdown of Trust: A Certified Pre-Owned Nightmare If I could leave a negative rating, I would. The Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) designation is meant to establish a bond of trust between the dealer and the customer, assuring them that the vehicle has undergone rigorous testing to guarantee its safety, quality, and longevity. My experience with Wyatt Johnson Ford shattered this trust mere weeks after driving off the lot. Repeated Failures and Safety Concerns My certified pre-owned vehicle demonstrated alarming failures almost immediately: Less thank two months after purchase: The vehicle failed, leaving me stranded and requiring costly repairs. Weeks later: Significant safety issues were discovered, demanding further immediate attention and repair. The following month: A major mechanical failure—a transmission issue—surfaced. The fact that this critical component was "missed" during the certification process is a severe indictment of the supposed "rigorous testing." Just one week later: I was again left stranded on the side of the road for hours, awaiting a tow for yet another major, expensive failure. This cascade of severe, unresolved issues demonstrates a profound lack of due diligence and an outright failure to uphold the CPO standard by Wyatt Johnson Ford. Refusal to Engage or Resolve The dealership’s subsequent actions—or lack thereof—further solidify the erosion of trust: The issues have been reported to Ford Customer Care on two separate occasions. A formal complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Wyatt Johnson Ford has refused to respond to these official inquiries, displaying a shocking indifference to customer safety and accountability. Based on this experience, I would caution any prospective buyer against relying on Wyatt Johnson Ford. The promises inherent in their CPO program are demonstrably hollow, and I have zero confidence in the integrity of their service or vehicles. Do not risk the costly loss of trust and reliability that I have endured

Tyler was most helpful. Knowing what vehicles I wanted to test drive, Tyler quickly located them and facilitated the experience. He was very sensitive to my reactions as I drove each vehicle. Without pushing me towards either one, he shared his observations/insights about my test drive... so very helpful in helping me evaluate the pros and cons of each vehicle. I never felt rushed. I felt like Tyler was genuinely trying to fit a car to my needs an preferences. He was courteous, kind, and respectful. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. This was definitely a "no pressure" experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.

My advisor, Glenn Hoffman, went above and beyond to help me and explain what was wrong with my car. They were able to fix it the same day and even lent me a car for the time I was w/o a car. I’m very thankful to Glenn and the team!

I have been with this dealership for years and Sydney in valet pickup and Kendall in service make a good team I always ask to let them take care of all three vehicles . They do a great job thanks guys

Ive been having a recall on my airbags for some time now. I scheduled an appointment on april 15, where my car was picked up set at the dealership all day and nothing was done to it. It was brought back to me the same way that it left. I wrote a review and the district manager at the time Mike reached out to me to make things better so that my experience could be much better. I was offered several things on the event of picking my car up to fix the recall so that i could have a more pleasant-able experience. Unfortunately he was let go a couple days later. I have been calling and reaching out to Wyatt Johnson Ford, to get my car back to them because i was told it needed to be fixed ASAP because of the airbags. But trying to get someone to give me a call back to accommodate these promises, no one will call me back. I have called SEVERAL times to where the representative have sent SEVERAL messages to management and no one will call me back. Who do i reach out to in HIGHER MANAGEMENT. Because I’m tired of calling only for no one to call me back or anything. But long as I’m spending cash i have no issues with a call back. But due to it being a RECALL this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had.
