Exception customer service! Two points. 1) I came in 27Feb17 for some oil filters (I buy 4 at a time), engine air cleaner and cabin filter. I was greeted by Harvey in parts (it had been about two years since I had come in) who asked how my Xterra was doing and remembered me, amazing! His customer service skills are over the top, he took a personal interest in me and my truck. I asked him some advice on servicing my vehicle, he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He instilled cofidence in the dealership! 2) on 28Feb17 I came in for a transmisdion flush per a 10:30 appointment. I purposely delt with Alexandra because I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism on my last visit. She is a good communicator and knows her product line (a rare thing now days it seems). My truck was ready 30 min earlier then expected. These two employees could not have been more helpful to me. I have had an outstanding overall experience with my dealings with Woodman Nissan. According to some I'm hard to please and a skeptic, but when things are done right the first time with knowledge/professionism it's refreshing and encouraging! Keep up the the outstanding work! More

You cannot ask for more from a purchase of a used car from any dealership. Both the sales manager and sales person, Todd Miller and Scott Palladay, went above and beyond in this matter.
