Purchased a 2006 Jetta TDI from Woodman Nissan in April 2010. It was a recent trade-in. Great experience!! I found the car on ebay but bought it directly through their internet sales department manager, 2010. It was a recent trade-in. Great experience!! I found the car on ebay but bought it directly through their internet sales department manager, Eric. Since I was traveling from IL to CO to get the car, they were extremely helpful and met me at the airport with the car so I could drive back home. They also followed up with the previous owner to get the second set of keys and shipped them to me. Have recommended them to friends and family and would definitely buy another vehicle from their dealership. More
I was asked to come back after I had already left once due to not getting the deal I wanted. This was fair enough but the got me back saying they had a better deal. I made an appointment and when I arrive due to not getting the deal I wanted. This was fair enough but the got me back saying they had a better deal. I made an appointment and when I arrived the person i was supposed to meet had gone home. I was given to another salesman who was very nice. He had to ask his manager, the oriental man, who gave me a much worse deal than before. I got up to leave and the manager tried to rectify the situation. He insisted he did not know how to get on his own website when I wanted to show him something on there. He did not know the incentives offered and insisted at first that the $2000.00 cash back was in with the quoted price. then said he did not know there was any incentives. I would never buy from here. They are dishonest and treat the customer as if they are a fool. More
I went to this dealership because they were the only ones that said they could help me get out of the vehicle I had at that time without raising my monthly payments and possibly even lowering them. I fell f that said they could help me get out of the vehicle I had at that time without raising my monthly payments and possibly even lowering them. I fell for it! Hook line and sinker. After several hours of waiting around, I ended up leaving with a vehicle that was not at all what I wanted or needed and raised my payments quite a bit on top of that. On the drive home I felt I had made a mistake. It was a Friday night (10 PM), I didn't sleep at all that night. First thing the following morning I called them and said I had made a mistake and wanted to turn this vehicle back in and get my old car back. No paperwork had been turned in, I've been told since that I should have been able to do this. They told me that was not possible and if they did that with every customer that wanted to do that they'd be out of business!! Gee, I wonder why? Don't ever go to Woodmen Nissan for anything ever! They cheat, steal and lie without hesitation! They promised many other things that they said they didn't. I trusted them. And ended up losing the vehicle I got there. More
Woodmen Nissan In Colorado Springs Exemplifies 'Slimy Car Salesman', they do not practice ethical business standards and zero understanding of customer service! Woodmen Nissan did not honor our vehicle wa Salesman', they do not practice ethical business standards and zero understanding of customer service! Woodmen Nissan did not honor our vehicle warranty in several instances and everything was always an argument with their warranty manager as well as owner of the dealership. When I confronted the owner on the warranty manager calling my wife a liar on repairs that were not made and hastles on the extended warranty for our Nissan Armada he saw me enter the dealership and ducked out the back door and drove away to avoid the discussion. Additionally, the service manager questioned our maintenance of the vehicle because we use it as our family vehicle and it is not always the cleanest and I could not even believe he thought that was an appropriate conversation with a female customer who has 4 kids and spent $35K on a vehicle. When reported to Nissan North America, Inc. they did nothing to address the situation and behavior at the Woodmen dealership and have now lost a customer for life! The reality is they take advantage of female customers and accuse the customer of being liars when repairs are not made to vehicles and when a male comes to address concerns on an expensive automobile they run away and Nissan as an organization does not hold them accountable to deliver quality! Dishonest sales and blatantly incompetant service. I bought a used SUV from their Woodman Preowned store (now closed) and they pulled the 'jack up the price of the vehicle on the paperwork' tactic afte bought a used SUV from their Woodman Preowned store (now closed) and they pulled the 'jack up the price of the vehicle on the paperwork' tactic after we'd already negotiated a price for the truck and their offer for my trade. Unfortunately, it was too late by the time I realized what they'd done. And they swore I had to pay for the Automate clear coat as it was not negotiable. What a blatant untruth. To add insult to injury, I took the vehicle to get the rear main seal repaired per the purchase agreement and some new shocks put on, paid for by me since it was in the shop anyway. I got it home only to find the truck's spewing coolant from a cracked radiator which had not leaked before I brought it in and they claimed they had nothing to do with--awefully suspicious! The incompetence continued--the service guy only changed 2 shocks when they were supposed to change all 4 so I had to bring it back to get that done, at which time he tells me he accidently didn't charge me for the first 2 shocks and subsequently charges me for all 4, which I believe are of dubious quality, but I don't have proof yet. So I got raked over the coals for those repairs to the tune of a $1000 and the service team didn't even bother to flush out the coolant system after they installed the brand new radiator! Then, since I was forced to pay for the clear coat, I brought the truck in to get it done the second time and had to have them clean it because I didn't have time to do it myself. They evidently used some kind of leather cleaner that left black marks all over my upholstery!! And, unfortunately, because of the Automate apps, I have to deal with them for another year. But you don't, so watch yourself with this bunch!!! They'd have a tough time making it right with me and they're lucky I didn't give 'em the absolute lowest rating. More
