Fantastic experience with Bill Fishe of Winslow BMW I was shopping for a new 2014 X3. Bill was responsive to my initial inquiry, very quick to get back to me with information throughout the evaluation p I was shopping for a new 2014 X3. I drive 60 miles to buy at Winslow BMW My family has worked with this dealership for almost 20 years. Today I bought my 5th car from them. I have lived in Denver for the last 10 years, but My family has worked with this dealership for almost 20 years. Today I bought my 5th car from them. I have lived in Denver for the last 10 years, but still drive down to Colorado springs just to work with them. They always give me the best deal on my cars (and believe me I have checked around). I consistently receive top of the line service and plan to continue to work with them for as long as Winslow BMW is around. Thank you for a great experience!!! More
Great customer service experience through the sale process I am very impressed with the Winslow BMW experience. Firstly I wanted to call out Jason Russell, a service advisor, who has taken care to get to know I am very impressed with the Winslow BMW experience. Firstly I wanted to call out Jason Russell, a service advisor, who has taken care to get to know me and my older BMW over the past 4 years. He always works to get me a nice loaner vehicle and goes out of his way for customer service...even spending 20 minutes on the phone in my new car with Sirius XM when the radio was not activating, until it worked. I know he likely had other pressing matters but this was important to him to make sure I was happy. Bob Evans, Internet Sales, was diligent with keeping me informed as to when a car similar to what I build on the BMWUSA website would appear at the dealer...it is a low production and new vehicle (at least in Colorado), so having this information on hand got me to the dealer for a test drive quickly. Jim Carlson, Finance, took care of my credit application and got a thorough appraisal on my trade-in while I was on my test drive, so less waiting...he had numbers ready for me when I got back from the test drive. Jim worked with me to get a finance package and deal I could live with, I think I can describe it as a "win-win" solution.Jim at least has you leaving thinking you got a fair deal! He even let me take the new car home before I had the full down payment (I did not come to dealer with a check book) or financing completely signed off. Dennis Klykov, their "youngest" sales consultant, really loves his product and is enthusiastic about the BMW line. He took the time to explain some of the lesser known features in my car which I might have eventually stumbled upon, but it was good to work with someone with passion and excitement for what he does. No pressure from him, and he even arrange for a loaner car for me while I got some add-on work done and installed my floor mats right in front of me while other dealers I am sure would have handed me the package and sent me on my way. The cookie tin in the mail was a very nice "thank you " touch as well. Even their service technicians come out to meet with you, I worked with Bryan on a couple of items, again another BMW enthusiast who knows whats-what on the vehicles he is working on. Only quibble right now is I cannot figure out how to get that fancy new audio system to hold a radio station "pre-set", I guess I had better read the manual! I would highly recommend this crew if you are looking for a BMW new or certified pre-owned. More

Winslow BMW has a great website with many photos, good descriptions of their cars. Bob Evans (Internet Sales), had a great video of the car I was interested in. I went to Winslow BMW to look at the car. Bob Evans went on a test drive with me, and answered my questions while I thoroughly looked the car over. I went back a couple days later with my trade in and Bob Evans went with me for a longer test drive, while his staff appraised my trade in. I left a deposit for the car on a Saturday afternoon (my bank was closed) and it took a few days to get financing arranged thru my bank. Winslow BMW was great and understanding thru this process and held the car for me for two extra days, as my bank was running behind. Bob Evans is great to work with. He knows his products, listens carefully and does not pressure the customer (like the image most of us have of a used car sales rep)! Steve Simmons (Sales Manager), had more information on the car for me. Jim Carlson (Finance), had all the paperwork correct and ready for me when I arrived to pick up the car. Overall: a great buying experience. I highly recommend Winslow BMW. Bob Evans told me that they are in the process of building a new 'state of the art' facility. Kevin- Bailey, CO. More
