We found the BMW we were looking for on line and called Bob Evans to get more details on the car. He was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. We drove down Saturday to make the purchase and I forgot the title to my trade in. I assumed I would have to come back on Monday to complete the sale but Bob and the whole team at Winslow figured out a way for me to take possession of my new BMW and send them my old title. They made the process very easy for us. When we were done with the paperwork Bob spent nearly an hour teaching us everything we needed to know about our new car.
