Two years later Honda begins sending “URGENT” letters for me to about the fix and that they will provide FREE loaner vehicles. When I called Williamsburg Honda they tell me that they would happy to rent me a car and that is the best that they could do. THEY SELL ME A FAULTY PRODUCT AND EXPECT ME TO RENT A CAR WHILE THEY FIX THEIR MISTAKES. Run as fast as you can from this dealership!! More
The service and troubleshooting is terrible They tell you one thing one day and something else the next. It’s obvious this place has no idea how to troubleshoot an issue. I was involved in a car collision in February 2017 and my car was totaled. I found similar car at the Williamsburg Honda did not want to lose the purchase. I did not want to be rushed and then disappointed. The sales person and manager were most patient and graceful. They took extra steps to verify that the car had no known issues, and gave us most affordable price. They understood my situation and made this purchase less stressful to our family. They took care of all the paperwork with DMV and insurance while we had lunch. We have had this car for over a year, drove tens of thousands of miles halfway across the country, and it has given us no issues or concerns. More

When I emailed them from their site they said it was priced wrong, should be $16,900. a difference of about $4200. Boy talk about your bait and switch!!! I thought that was illegal in most states. After texting back and forth with the salesman he indicated that they could not sell the car for the advertised web price. What a shyster dealer ship!!!! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for underhandedness. More

Bill was $202.85 for the B16 service, with no explanation. No extras included. (And tires were not evenly inflated so had to send the car back to adjust.) Service people were very nice and responsive, but when quoted price is almost doubled for the same service, I am not happy and would never return nor recommend to anyone. Update: Contacted service manager who checked bill and indicated I had been overfilled by $54.63 (they "used wrong codes"). Interesting to note I had seen the mechanic and service person whispering about "multi-point" something or other when they charged me, so I'm guessing they knew they had used the wrong codes at the time. When I challenged the service manager to stand by the quoted price of $110.16, he did finally agree to make that adjustment and refund overcharge. I still wouldn't trust the service department... the manager suggested in the future, I call him with any concerns. I said I preferred to give my business to places where I don't have to worry about "concerns." More

Test drove two cars liked both of them both were used and decided one of them would be a good fit for our son .The price was decent but thought maybe they would come down slightly. The woman went back to ask the boss with the typical game that you have to play in a car dealership she came back and said he said "we are firm on the price and it's such a good price that if you don't buy it now we are going to raise the price" as she knew we were still looking around. I was fine with "we are firm on the price!" However throwing in the veiled threat knowing that we like the car that if we didn't buy it now and went and looked around and possibly came back the price would be higher .... I told her what I thought and I walked out of the building. Because my husband felt like it was a good fit for our son he chose to buy the car. I would have left and never gone back ! More
