Attempted to schedule an inspection for my honda online. After 4-5 tries I gave up. Wasn't able to list what I wanted, though I was able to get a date, however it would not show a time. I recently purchased a car from Williamsburg Honda due solely to a phenomenal experience with their sales associate, Jessica Bailey. Jess assisted me throughout my search. She was incredibly knowledgab solely to a phenomenal experience with their sales associate, Jessica Bailey. Jess assisted me throughout my search. She was incredibly knowledgable about each car I looked at - I’m a nervous buyer who asks a lot of questions, and she was able to immediately answer anything I threw at her. She could not have been more patient with both my indecisiveness and my nerves about adapting to technology that was much newer than I’m used to. At other dealerships I had visited, I noticed that if I had my male counterpart with me, the questions and sales pitch would be directed towards him, despite the fact that I was the purchaser. This was never the case with Jess - she understood that I was the one making the investment, and all of her recommendations and questions were directed towards me. After several visits and test drives, I had narrowed it down to a Honda or another vehicle at a competing dealership. While I’m sure it was disappointing for Jess when I decided to go take one last look at that other car before making a final decision, she never tried to push me out of my comfort zone. In fact, Jess and her sincerity in wanting to make sure I got the right vehicle for me is what ultimately led me back to Williamsburg Honda. I’m pleased with my decision to purchase from Williamsburg Honda, and highly recommend Jess to anyone who visits the dealership. More
The worst service dept around. I've had bad experiences in the past so I stayed away for 5 years. Finally took my new Honda in for a simple warranty repair. They kept my car for two full days. Lied twice a in the past so I stayed away for 5 years. Finally took my new Honda in for a simple warranty repair. They kept my car for two full days. Lied twice about it being "with the technician" Turns out they never even looked at it. The service writers were smug and could care less that I was without my vehicle for two days with NO SERVICE done to my vehicle. I just grabbed my keys and took my car. Never going back. More
service department is worthless. They will leave your car sitting all day without touching it and not tell you until you go to pick up. They will not give you a loaner car. This place has the worst service department and environment I've ever experienced. The service manager Jon Clark is obnoxious, rude and racist. Theres no a/c in the service lane while you're trying to discuss your vehicle needs with an advisor. It's very old, dirty the lounge is cold and very outdated. They have a shuttle that only runs 3 times a day, but allow you to make an appointment all other times just to be stranded without a ride to work once you get there. Dont waste your time here, they offer no amenities and the staff is not very friendly. I go to Casey where theres a staff that cares and is understanding, you can catch a ride "any" time of day and they have a very comfortable service area that shows they care about the customer. More
