Williamsburg Honda

I called to look at a vehicle advertised online. When I called and inquired about it and asked the sales person on the phone about the list price- "Is that a fixed price or could you come down about $_-X called and inquired about it and asked the sales person on the phone about the list price- "Is that a fixed price or could you come down about $_-X amount" he said "sure" and encouraged me to come up even calling me back several times "There are big promotions going on etc..." It was a very long drive and when I got there there was nothing going on and sales people just sitting around. You could hear a pin drop. After driving a long way when it came down to price they were not negotiable at all- not even a cent. The sales manager didn't even introduce himself or even look my way- just walked around with a scowl and rejected the sales persons question after he asked a second time. I already had a pre-approved check in my hand, I was ready to purchase a vehicle. The lack of concern or even effort in customer service was evident. It was a complete waste of my day. I bought a car the next day at a much more professional and caring dealership. I would never even look to do business with them again. Don't waste your time. More

Yesterday I took my sister-n-law to Williamsburg Honda to see about purchasing a civic. They had one remaining 2011 civic LX that happened to be the color she was looking for. In a short time we came to ag see about purchasing a civic. They had one remaining 2011 civic LX that happened to be the color she was looking for. In a short time we came to agreement on the price that she could afford. The dealership provided the exact car she was looking for at a very good price and the atmoshpere was relaxed. All new car buying experience should be so smooth. I have bought several new cars over the years, but none of my other experiences were as good as this one. I bought my accord from a different honda dealership, but will return to Williamsburg Honda in the future. I do recommend this dealership. More
