I purchased a Civic from him back in April and I could not be happier. (Truly, he's a rockstar.) HOWEVER, I had my vehicle serviced by your team and I could not be more DISSATISFIED. The team working on my car could not take direction, nor did they follow through with their promises made. For example, once they had my car in the shop, I specifically explained what telephone number to call me on on 3 separate occassions, and they continuously called a number that I was unable to answer throughout the day. I finally had to call THEM and I was told by the man who answered my call that the only person who knew what was going on with my car was "Brandon" and that he was too busy to take my car. So instead of getting a returned phone call to inform what the issues with my car were so that the issue could be resolved, they sent their driver out to return my car. I didn't even know what the recommended service was until AFTER my car had been returned. FRUSTRATING to say the least. Again, the showroom service and professionalism was GREAT. The service center was AWFUL. I will never have my vehicle serviced though the dealership again. More

We got exactly what we wanted for a fair price without any fuss. We live in town and Williamsburg Honda has a really great reputation. It doesn’t feel like an all-business dealership because most of the people have been working there for years, which is rare. It really feels like a hometown car dealer. After I gave birth to our twins, my husband and I knew that our Subaru and Volvo just couldn’t fit everyone! We test drove lots of SUV's because we couldn’t dream of buying a minivan. Seriously, my husband and I could not picture ourselves driving one. Just the thought was dreadful! We needed to have plenty of room for the twins, our 8 year old, a black Labrador and maybe a parent or two. After test driving and even taking home lots of SUV’s, we decided to at least look at minivans because while some of the SUV’s were huge, it seemed impractical to have standard doors and less trunk space than a minivan. Yes, I know what you are thinking- our thinking shifted to practical! We test drove lots minivans and once we took home the Odyssey Touring Elite, we were sold! The real differences were subtle but important. We had created a detailed spreadsheet to compare the specs and focused on the interior space of every vehicle we test drove. Once you start thinking about leg room, interior headroom, and trunk dimensions and cubic feet, you get obsessed with the numbers! The Odyssey had more functional room than any other vehicle we were interest in buying. We choose the Touring Elite because it had the widescreen rear entertainment system, blind spot information system, premium audio system and these incredible high-intensity headlights (everyone needs these) . My husband is in sales and was prepared to haggle a little. We even considered looking at other dealerships outside of Williamsburg. Well, it turned out that is wasn’t necessary at all. We got a great price without any trouble at all so we even added a few extras like a roof rack with crossbars & mud guards. Billy Haynes, who was our salesperson, really took time to answer all of our questions and explain all of the features of the Odyssey. He was fantastic and like a live Wikipedia! I don’t want to forget Mariester, our internet rep who introduced us to Billy. We also met with the sales manager, Chris Robinson who was really easy going and helpful. Thanks for making our buying experience easy. We are really enjoying our adventures! More

I had a friend who totaled his car due to accident, and the insurance company gave him a little more than half the price of the original car. There was such a huge discrepancies between the blue book price and the dealer's pricing, so I asked why. Three words: bad car facts. So I asked for a report, because I am a physicist and better yet, I have an automechanic friend. I know how to read technical reports and compare statistics. They didn't, and they did not provide a logical reasoning. They were incredibly condescending, probably because I am a young woman recently graduated from college. PS, I sold it to another dealership for a little higher price than the blue book price. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND SAVE YOUR TIME. More

I drove a hard bargain, and these guys actually exceeded my expectations. Ross was awesome, we discussed a car I was interested in over the phone first and I told him what I was willing to pay for it, assu my expectations. He said he could work with my number. I heard this 16 times from other dealerships in days prior, but he wasn't kidding. I purchased the car for considerably less than other dealers were asking, and I was in and out in just a couple of hours. I wasn't looking for a steal, I just wanted a fair deal. Ross got that and took great care of me, no back and forth between the manager. I saved $6K buying from them. Should have gone there first! Great team, great service, and really nice people. I was treated with a lot of respect, and I greatly appreciated that. More

Have owned several Honda's in the past, usually Accords. Needed a larger vehicle but was not sure about purchasing a van. Went to Williamsburg Honda, met with salesman. He showed the Odyssey to us, Accords. Needed a larger vehicle but was not sure about purchasing a van. Went to Williamsburg Honda, met with salesman. He showed the Odyssey to us, let us drive the car and we were convinced. There was no pressure. Everything was totally professional. They had the color we wanted and with the leather seats and other amenities, it was a good deal price wise as well. From the time we walked in until we drove away, it was a good experience. I can't say that has been the same experience at other dealers. I recommend these guys highly. More

I was looking for a particular model Honda and after searching online for weeks, I found it at Williamsburg Honda. This dealership is a good ways from me but since they had what I was looking for, I decided to make the trip. I drove up to the front door, could see some salesmen inside, they looked up, nodded because they saw me, too, but when I started towards the door, no one 'accosted' me to make a sale. Believe me, I really appreciated this and never before looked forward to the car buying experience. I went in, was greeted immediately and warmly, and surprised myself by becoming very at ease. I told one of the salesmen, Cody Bishop, what I was interested in and right away he brought the car around so that I could test drive it. But...then I saw the same car but in a different color on the showroom floor (both cars were new). I already knew that I was in love with the way the car drove and the sporty look (a CR-Z), so now it was down to the color. Cody had no problem when I changed my mind and went for the showroom model and had the showroom doors raised so it could be moved outside. All paperwork was completed, and they were happy and I was happy. Then Cody took the time to go over every aspect of the car with me, all the buttons, all the modes and readings, and even set the clock and re-keyed the code for the radio. He left no stone unturned and made the experience SO nice that I almost hated to leave. He was genuine, warm, and honest and he and the rest of the group made my trip the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I would without hesitation recommend Williamsburg Honda to anyone ready to purchase a car, and in fact have already given out their name to my neighbors who now want to steal my new CR-Z right out from under me. Thank you, Williamsburg Honda, all your employees, and especially Cody Bishop for being the best of the best. You made my day. More
