I am always impressed with the professionalism. I was in for a regular oil change when their review told me I needed some brake work, but that I would be getting a letter to recall the air bags. They said "we can do them both at the same time to save you time." When I got my letter and called to have both done, I was told they were making appointments 5 weeks out. I replied, can my brakes wait that long. They were able to adjust their schedule to get me in the next week. That was impressive and when I got there, they offered (I did not ask) to give me a loaner car for possibly 2 days if they couldn't get it done in one, for free. I was very pleased with that offer and for them getting me in early so my brakes didn't cause an issue. More
Overall pretty good I found a used Audi online and made arrangements to look at it at the dealership. Sales person Jeff was friendly and helpful and the purchase of the car went smoothly. In summary I feel like I got a good car at a fair price and I found the staff overall friendly and helpful. A couple of odd things at the end struck me as a little cheap. At closing they wanted an additional three dollars because of a miscalculation on their end. Three dollars… And then when I drove the car away from the dealership I realized it had less than a half a tank of gas in it. I was expecting a full tank. Odd and a little offputting. Again however, overall a good experience and I would recommend when shopping for a used Audi, Volkswagen, etc. More

However, we bought a Forester from Williams Subaru in Lansing 1 year ago and have been completely and pleasantly satisfied with them. We have had several occasions to interact with them (free car washes, oil change, tire pressure indicator) and in all instances (including the original purchase experience), Williams has performed professionally. Such experiences are unfortunately the exception these days. I highly recommend Williams for your Subaru needs. More

I only wish Subaru would make its interest rates better for the consumer to pick out which model the customer is interested in. 3.49% for a Forester I only wish Subaru would make its interest rates better for the consumer to pick out which model the customer is interested in. 3.49% for a Forester or Ascent is ridiculous compared to 0% for an Outback. They could.if they were interested in selling more cars. The service waiting room is great with beverages, popcorn, other snacks making your wait much more enjoyable. More

After moving out of state, I popped a tire previously purchased at Williams Subaru and was having trouble with my new dealer. Anthony from the service department went above and beyond to help me and delivered better customer service than my current dealer, despite me no longer being a customer at Williams Subaru. It's an awesome place and I wish I could still be a customer! More
Showed up for appointment - no part! My vehicle was identified for a recall. I called the dealership in the morning and scheduled an appointment for after work that same day. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they didn't have any of the recalled parts. Inconsiderate not to call me and tell me don't bother driving all the way there. That was my second experience. My first was paying $100 for a $3 fuse. More
Excellent Service I purchased my 2010 VW CC from Williams Auto World. I had work done in The Novi Volkswagon Dealership. Only because my mom was in the hospital in Det I purchased my 2010 VW CC from Williams Auto World. I had work done in The Novi Volkswagon Dealership. Only because my mom was in the hospital in Detroit. I later had to have my car towed to Williams. They found that the repair was not done properly. Williams Auto World fixed it for me for free, paid my tow and my rental. It doesn't get better than their service!!! More
One of the sales we have to work with was a total jerk Let me just say this up front that this review is not saying dealership itself is bad and yes we did have a pleasant service at the dealership from so Let me just say this up front that this review is not saying dealership itself is bad and yes we did have a pleasant service at the dealership from someone else, but one particular salesperson at the dealership we have to put up with makes me want rate a 0 star if I can. We were there for some different cars, while the girls went in first for something they like me and my friend stayed out to look at some other cars. After the girls did a test drive, we meet the sales in person and ask if I look at the car they just drove, he immediately told me I can't have another test drive, it was a used car with over 30K on it ? Feels like he don't want work with at all the entire time, then at one point he just went back to his seat and takes phone call. We went to another sales for help, guess what, the old guy told our new sales that we were not serious buyer and are just there for test drive fun and he shouldn't give us a test drive, the car won't fit our budget anyway. How did I know? Our new sales went back and asked us that if we are able to afford it. This is truly outraging for any custom who was looking to purchase anything, not to mention a car, I mean you are a Audi dealer, but the service clearly far behind the car you sale. I will not buy a car from here and the only reason would be this sales experience I had, I don't care if I have to drive another 100+ miles for other Audi dealer or even if I had to pay a little more, this may even have total ruling-ed our mood to buy an Audi at all. More
