I asked if this was a spiritual thing as in "I condemn thee oh foul and vile Subaru Forester to eternity of hellfire and brimstone." Or was it more of a health department: "We found mouse droppings in the glovebox and this unsanitary condition forces us to condemn your Subaru Forester." I told him I condemn all Subaru vehicles in general but no one listens to me and I have to straighten out all these Subaru messes. More

I am disabled, a US Army veteran took my newly bought used Subaru Outback for an all-fluids change and they returned the car making metal-to-metal noises, torn axle boots, transmission noises, and even noises under the dash. The vehicle was in great shape, with no noises, no metal-to-metal noises, no nothing, everything worked, and rode smoothly until I took it to Williams Subaru. Spoke to both Williams brothers, Matt and Jeff, nothing but denial, ridiculous statements, and were very disrespectful to me. Jeff Williams called me "childish" because he didn't like the fact, that they destroy my car and I am complaining. The previous owner took the car to Williams Subaru to evaluate the car and they gave it a clean bill of health prior to selling it to me. I took it to them and they destroyed my car. I can't afford to buy another car to the tune of $9k, I am disabled and those were my life savings, now I am without a car, disabled, and without no recourse to come up with another 9k to fix the car's CVT transmission. Williams Subaru is the very worse! In business since 1971 and only have 400 reviews, where are the rest of the reviews? And the reviews now? Fake! Don't believe those reviews! Not only did they destroy my car, then they went into the Kelly Blue Book vehicle history and entered false information to devalue my vehicle further. Jeff Williams and Matt Williams bad human beings treating the little guy, and those who served this country with pride like garbage and making life harder for us. Tell them that they are wrong for abusing me like this. Where are those offended by this abuse? This is criminal! More

Had my vehicle serviced here three times in a row for the same reason. They never have any courtesy vehicles available even after waiting months for an appointment. Told my my issue could probably be "Fixed" same reason. They never have any courtesy vehicles available even after waiting months for an appointment. Told my my issue could probably be "Fixed" by subscribing to one of Audi's subscription packages. Never really tried to determine the actual problem, just kept saying it was a software issue. More
Bought 3 cars from them. The last one was a Subaru. The salesman talked me into buying the extended warranty for it and told me it was equivalent to the manufacturer's. Well it appears no one told the Serv salesman talked me into buying the extended warranty for it and told me it was equivalent to the manufacturer's. Well it appears no one told the Service department that because everytine I mention it to diagnose/fix something they tell me they don't know what it covers and make me authorize paid service. This has really soured my opnion of Williams. Won't be buying or servicing cars there anymore! More
I looked in Consumer Reports and the Subaru Forester was rated the #1 mini van. Went to Williams AutoWorld and they found me the perfect car! Everyone was friendly and efficient, and spent a great deal of rated the #1 mini van. Went to Williams AutoWorld and they found me the perfect car! Everyone was friendly and efficient, and spent a great deal of time explaining all the features on the car. They have followed up with me several times since I bought the car, and every time I have a question they have responded in a timely manner. Great service! I highly recommend this dealership and their staff!! More
Tried going to Williams AutoWorld twice looking for new vehicle options. The first salesperson flat out lied about vehicle features and I left. Since I had also met an amazing front desk person and manag vehicle options. The first salesperson flat out lied about vehicle features and I left. Since I had also met an amazing front desk person and manager, I called and spoke to the manager who set me up for a second visit. However, the second salesperson was not helpful, did not listen to me or my wife and was exceptionally condescending. I wish they were better but when two of two salespeople are terrible, that says something about the business as a whole (especially when the second salesperson was supposed to be making up for the bad first experience).
