I was sold an unsafe care that completely shut down in traffic. This car only has 70k miles on it and needs a new transmission, has abs issues and possibly an alternator. None of the safety indicators on this car came on and I was nearly involved in an accident. I contacted this dealer for help to get into a safe car and received the run around and lies. Please avoid this place. I am stuck with a 15k loan and a car that does not run. This was the worst buying experience ever. More

My salesperson, Johnny Pourmand, was, by far, the most knowledgeable salesperson - he knew everything about his vehicles. Johnny's informal manner and professionalism were tremendous. PJ in finance was helpful and patient. I also spoke with Denise in the service department before "closing the deal," and she was very helpful as well. All in all a very satisfying experience. More

Good thing the agent is okay. I even ask for any giveaway, he answered right away "No" seriously. You should not keep this kind of people. That's why we did not buy any option. Driving up to this place was debatable especially considering I could barely find parking nor the front door with all the construction they had going on over there, there was barely an office to step considering I could barely find parking nor the front door with all the construction they had going on over there, there was barely an office to step foot into. I had my eye on a car I was very interested in, had a trade in of my own and a very delicate situation. I dealt with a guy named Alex who at first seemed like one of the best sales agents ive had to deal with after years of xxxxxxxx and bad experiences, this guy seemed like a breath of fresh air... But boy was I wrong; I spoke to soon. In a nutshell, let me try to summarize a rather lengthy ordeal. Alex made many promises from the get go and throughout the days that followed that he was going to get me into this new (slightly used) car, no problem and yet there were more problems every time he opened his mouth! Nothing but winded excuses, "just one more thing that had to be done to seal the deal" then that wasnt good enough. He didnt return calls, emails, I had to constantly call him, and even at one point he turned my sales file over to another associate without my knowledge who knew absolutely nothing about our communications up to that point, etc, just so he could skip out of work. All in all it was a complete cluster. Alex and his team wound up being completely unprofessional, wolves in sheeps clothing and nothing but a bunch of liars who were only good at making false hopes, false promises, and no one at Westcott Mazda ever did anything to keep my business or get me into a car they told me they would get me into. They never followed up and I finally gave up calling and dealing with a bunch of morons. Low and behold I never heard from them again even though my pending deal was still open and wound up having to get a car elsewhere. These guys are a joke and I will ensure everyone knows exactly the kind of business they keep. Steer Clear!! More
Really not impressed with this dealership. Typical car sales tactics, and really hard sell approach. Suggest compare what they offer to other dealers you will likely do better. I first sent some quest sales tactics, and really hard sell approach. Suggest compare what they offer to other dealers you will likely do better. I first sent some questions to ask if a vehicle I saw online was still available. Instead of hearing from a sales person, I get e-mails from their finance people. These e-mails appear to have been sent as part of a mass e-mail since they went straight to my junk folder. Decided to call and get info instead. The person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and answered my questions. Went to the lot and was approached by a sales person that looked more like he was out for a neighborhood walk -baseball cap and all. To be fair, he was helpful. We went on a test drive and he would not keep quiet. He just kept pointing out features that were not really important to us. Sat down to discuss pricing (now with a different person). He started to push financing even after we indicated that we were either going to pay cash. When it came to negotiating they played the typical games -again pushing their financing. In the end their bottom line price was about $1,500 more for the same car than what was available from another dealership. More
