I LOVE OUR NEW FAMILY CAR Just bought my first family car! We have been watching commercials of the cx-9 for quite some time but never thought that we can afford one. We brought our car for service and while we were waiting, we were curious to see one in person. A young gentleman by the name of Josh approached us with some water and offered to open the car. I must admit that our credit is not that great but the gentlemen assured us that he can help. We ended up driving the car and when we came back, we traded our car in for our dream car. We are so happy and thankful that were able to get this car. My wife and I enjoyed the fun that we had with you guys. Thank you Josh and Henry for all the help. Expect to be ignored Purchased a vehicle here in early April and have had my credit ran without my consent at the end of April. Next call will be Attorney General and every person on The board of directors located at the Irvine office. The "Mazda Experience" has been a complete and utter nightmare. More

Excellent service on our Mazda! Came in this month for the scheduled 24-month service on our 2016 Mazda CX-5 [we had purchased this vehicle in Dec 2015, also from Wescott--though the Came in this month for the scheduled 24-month service on our 2016 Mazda CX-5 [we had purchased this vehicle in Dec 2015, also from Wescott--though the dealership may have been under different ownership at that time]. But, in any case, our service visit was handled professionally and quickly. Besides the 24-month service, our CX-5 also needed a couple of recall items corrected; these were also taken care of. "Jake" was our service writer, and he was very polite and professional. Our vehicle has very low miles, so our service was mostly oil change/tire rotation, and several inspections. Suggest you make an appointment online at the Westcott website--it's very easy. Westcott will also email you invoices and a record of service performed--this is great if you keep vehicle records on your computer. The service also included a free car wash. I'm pretty sure this is a machine wash, so I opted out of it [I like to wash my car myself]. The cost of routine/scheduled maintenance is very reasonable. We have an independent mechanic who maintains our old Honda Civic, and I know he charges more than Westcott for things like oil changes/tire rotation [but our independent mechanic is a great guy who does good work, so we still use his shop for the Honda]. All in all, a great experience with Wescott and Jake for this service visit. More
