Before coming to the dealership I had spoke to Michael in regards to the vehicle I was interested in and he was very helpfully in his product knowledge and current incentives on the vehicle. Based on his hel regards to the vehicle I was interested in and he was very helpfully in his product knowledge and current incentives on the vehicle. Based on his help I knew which vehicle I wanted and set an appointment to visit him at the dealership. Upon arrival Michael greeted me at the vehicle and we went on the road test immediatly, the vehicle was very clean and a blast to drive, Michael was very helpful in helping me learn the vehicle attributes and all of its inner workings. We came back to the dealer, went through the finance process which was explained very clearly by Michael. My Family and I are now the proud owners of a 2013 Abarth and have no complaints at all with the vehicle or the service we got from Michael and the rest of the Sales Team at Walter's FIAT. It's hard to give any business a top rating across the board especially when it comes to buying cars. I am 60 years old so I have had many car buying experiences over the years. I have had a very successful career in sales so I am pretty adept in being able to read people pretty well. My guard is ALWAYS up when I am dealing with car sales people. I ended up buying a used 2012 Nissan Altima and this car buying experience with their sales rep Jesse Guerrero however was the best I've ever had. No pressure at all, no BS, this is how car buying should be. Jesse has been a sales rep at Walters for 6 years so that in itself is pretty darn impressive. He also drove my old car to my home while he let me drive in my Altima home. I felt so good about my overall experience that I did something I have never done before in buying a car, I gave Jesse a nice tip! And then he said " I didn't have to do that"! Thank you Jesse!
