Easy Breeezy! This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I drove 65 miles to make this deal and I would do it again it was that great. Even with my drive I think I still spent less time making this transaction then I would, had I stayed local. It is the quickest transaction I have ever had. I called Frank Francis and worked everything out over the phone. Frank had my car washed and fully charged when I got there. Frank was ready to go. No hassle, he just plugged my info in and while waiting for a finance person Frank sat in the car with me, went over all the features and even synced my phone to the car. He then sent me to Sam in finance. That was easy too. No bombardment of “add on” offers just a few questions and a few signatures and away I went. There was a small defect on the car I pointed out. Frank called me to follow up, he had the part ordered and let me know my plates were on there way too. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Walters and frank! More
