I originally came here on a whim just to see what they had to offer and realistically what they could do for me,I certainly did not have vey high hopes. Once here, Frankie Francis and the team there helped me out tremendously, they not only got me in a car, but got me an AMAZING deal, i was in shock. I have been a customers of Walter's Auto Group for many years, but after my experience at the Fiat dealer I will never buy another car from them. We purchased our fiat about 5 weeks ago and had a great exp years, but after my experience at the Fiat dealer I will never buy another car from them. We purchased our fiat about 5 weeks ago and had a great experience with Lauren in sales and Joe the sales manager.(Joe no longer works there). About 3 weeks of owning our car our sunroof broke and in the process scratched the paint on the roof. Derrick in service is great to work with and they replaced the sunroof.Nobody has an explaination of why it happened. I am now leary of using the sunroof so I talked to the sales managers ( Mike and Neal) about what they would give me for a trade in so I could purchase another one without the sunroof. The MSRP on the car was $18500 and they said they would give me a trade in amount of $14000. What a slap in the face!!!! A car that is only 5 weeks old and had a defective sunroof and that's how they are willing to satisfy a customer?? I was also told by Mike that I would have to utilize the lemon law if the sunroof breaks again. Really, what kind of manager tells a customer that? Not, we are sorry for what you are going through or any inconvience, how can we help. No, they are all about selling cars and once they have they don't care about the customer at all. At this point I am considering my others options. My advice to consumers would be if you are considering a fiat, find a dealer who cares about their customers and DON'T BUY ONE WITH A SUNROOF!!! More

As with any time you walk into a dealership, one is a little hesitatant about the pressure from Car salesmen. These feelings QUICKLY disappeared after 10 minutes with Manila Tarascio.
