This dealer has an advertised lost leader. I called asking about it, and said before I drove up I wanted to confirm the car was available, I was ensured it was. Then I walked in the door and they said; "let's confirm it's still available," that's when I new they were full of garbage! They said they made a mistake. I understand the lost leader concept, but don't lie about it just to get the customer out to visit! Horrible! After that, I just felt like I did not want to do business with them! More

Bad experience !!!! Sales manager and online sales just try to get you in with lies! I contacted Walters Fiat to purchase a new car at their advertised price on the internet. Their internet sales person Tanya assured me four different cars at the same price where available, she emailed me multiple times saying that the price for the cars was the sales price listed on line. I called and emailed a day prior to assure that the car I wanted was still available and she confirmed it was. The next day I called in the morning to again confirm that the car was still there, and she said "yes it was and just ask for the manager when I arrive". I drove from Huntington Beach to Riverside in 2 hours of traffic to get there. I arrive at the dealership and tell them I am here to pick up the car I had picked out at the price Tanya quoted me. First they could not find the manager to verify the deal, then it comes into light that the car she told me I was getting two hours prior was actually sold two days earlier and there was no four cars at that price she told us. The manager then proceeded to walk away on multiple occasions leaving me just standing there avoiding the fact that he and his staff had lied to a customer . He had to be called repeatedly to the front of the dealership so he could try and amend the situation, and the best he said he could do was 2500 more than the advertised price. I asked him "then why did she tell me that the car was there and that you said ok to the deal" again; he said he does not know. I called his internet sales person Tanya again and she was "on a break" for over an hour. I left multiple messages which were never returned. The manager said he could not get a hold of his own employee. Very unhappy drove home in traffic again after being lied to on multiple occasions. Worst car experience I have had. Very unhelpful, full of lies. If you are buying a car call and speak to the manager to assure what you want is there. Watch out for their scams very un professional. More

Purchased my 500 Sport back in March. Lauren was most friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail. Since owning the car, I've done several modifications on it and Derrick Lynn, Service Manager, couldn't be more awesome! He knows everything about these cars and goes out of his way to assist, consult and help with any questions, concerns or issues that might come up. I've been extremely happy with all my experiences at Walters Fiat and highly recommend anyone wanting a Fiat to see them. Their knowledge, friendliness and experience make buying a Fiat a very pleasant experience and since they are in Riverside, their lower cost of doing business translates to savings for their customers. I didnt expect to buy so soon but fell in love with my little car immediately. Sales rep was great help, very knowledgeable and courteous on such a hot frustrating day, she helped make my day better. We were greeted in a warm and professional manner by every member of staff. Sam, our sales rep was very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy.
