Now to brag on a few people; Steve Boyd, the general manager greets you and cares about the customers. Runs the business with professionalism, but still has that human touch. Now our salesman, Ty McCain is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, he asks the right questions, he is helpful and a great person to just have a conversation with about anything. We trusted him and the whole team we sent our daughter to them also. Ty sold us 3 vehicles within a month. David and Stephen were awesome with financing options and made that process seamless. We took our 2015 Buick Enclave because of intermittent no-start-a/c not working issue. Temperature gauge was intermittent. They replaced the EVAP canister purge valve($570). Picked up our car, between Wal no-start-a/c not working issue. Temperature gauge was intermittent. They replaced the EVAP canister purge valve($570). Picked up our car, between Walt Massey and home, the same issues recurred. Took it back, after 3 days, they said "We can't duplicate the issue". Bought an OBD reader, linked to my phone, and received 3 stored codes: Coolant Temperature Sensor Malfunction. I'm not sure Walt Massey used any diagnostic equipment at all. Very disappointed. More
