Did not feel treated well Although the initial process of test driving the car went well, things broke down when I came to get the car. 1. they had over a week to get the car Although the initial process of test driving the car went well, things broke down when I came to get the car. 1. they had over a week to get the car ready, yet when I arrived for my appointment, I was told the car was waiting for inspection. it took nearly two hours to get through that. 2. Once the car was brought out, I was informed that there was only one key available - and they did not know if i would get another key (these keys aren't cheap). this was salt in the wound. but the topper was 3: the car was absolutely filthy inside. Dirt on the doors, scuff marks, crumbs and dirt in the cup holders, black spots on the seats. Old candy and used toothpicks in the door wells. Dirth in the bed of the truck. The 'detail' I was promised was nothing more than a quick car wash and some tire shine thrown on the wheels. The last was the kicker. I filled out an online form complaining to the dealership yet have not heard anything from them. Very disappointed. More

He is very personable and listens well to your needs. Alan could work at a Bentley Dealership if he wants. His demeanor and professional courtesy is top notch. Dealership is all new. They run a lot of volume. So, they know their numbers well and don’t haggle much. The deal either works or it doesn’t and they don’t try to convince you otherwise. That is the way it should be and rarely is a dealership not pushy. Steve, the finance guy is awesome as well. He didn’t try and sell me all the extra bull%+}+{*t warranties because non of them made sense. I was with him for a total of 10 minutes at most. More
